Not sure about the amount..
But the Vatican has books, scrolls, and other texts that are not available to anyone except the pope and his top advisers..

Um, yea.
My friend Dennis went to the Vatican in 1998 and was told by some of the consulate personnel that under the Vatican, deep down in the catacombs, were ancient documents that were stolen from places like Jerusalem and Antioch that were never to be seen by the general public, Further, he saw armed guards at the entrances of some of the corridors leading down to these areas. Minolta 35mm cameras take such lovely pictures.
