I am a Christian. But last year my bestfriend died she was a Christian as well. She was only 15 when she died. I was 13 but am now 14. But, she was a really great person and believed in God and everything. So why did God allow her to die? She died of an extremely sudden heart attack which no one knew was going to happen. God basically just decided to take her from us. Why does God allow bad things to happen to such good people? Why did he want to take MY bestfriend? She didn't do anything to deserve this. I just do not understand what kind of an awesome God could do this to a person. Thanks in advance.

scripture clearly staes that the church of Jesus Christ is simply the believers in Him. So to say this is the chruch of Jesus Christ is a self-damning statement.

Muslims are from the first born - Ishmael

Jews are from the second born - Isaac

God gave the Holy land to the Muslims 1300 years ago and even the crusades could not take it away permanently.

It will be taken away for a short time when the False Messiah (Antichrist) comes but then it will be given back to the first son in the end.

In the same way the second son of ISAAC fooled his father into giving him the first sons share and it caused hatred, jealousy and bloodshed.

of the world....yet people will still not believe the words of the prophets? Don't start with a bunch of evil men wrote the Bible to control people...that's absolutely rediculous. Men may use the Bible to try and control people in a bad manner, but that's the fault of sinful men, not the scriptures. IF YOU HAD READ THE BIBLE YOU WOULD SEE THIS. IF YOU HAVEN'T READ IT THEN DON'T RESPOND. Thanks. Listen to the prophets of Jesus Christ.

The year is 2208 and aliens visit Earth. They are very advanced, yet easily offended.

If you KNEW with absolute certainty that they would be so offended by your belief system and the more than occasional air of condescension that often comes with its presentation to non-believers that they would exterminate every Human on the planet, would you "disobey" the Bible (since we already do that by not keeping slaves and plant two different crops side by side)

Or would you speak up and condemn billions of men, women and children to death so you could feel that you did the right thing?

John 7:37-38 If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him.

The answer is no. However there are many safe and often more reliable alternatives to blood transfusions that Jehovah's Witnesses urge members to persue if they are in a serious medical condition.

These alternatives and explanations about what they can do can be found here:

Gen 27:34 And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, [even] me also, O my father.

Gen 27:35 And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing.

Gen 27:36 And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me?

Gen 27:37 And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son?

Gen 27:38 And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, [even] me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

Gen 27:39 And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above;

Gen 27:40 And by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.

Gen 27:41 And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob.

By this I mean they are so adamant about certain scriptures and applying them to the letter. For example they would never accept a blood transfusion based upon two scriptures in the bible. If someone did they would be disphellowshipped.

ON THE OTHER HAND...

we have this scripture: 2 Cor. 6:14: "14 Do not become unevenly yoked with unbelievers."
Yet for some reason there are some JWs who do marry non JWs or date them. I'm yet to see them disphellowshipped or punished.

Why follow what it says in some scriptures and not others?

People assume they cannot do anything to miss out on going to heaven if they are saved. Surely a vigin waiting for a groom that runs out of oil is still a Christian? What about the man that was forgiven the large debt and threw another into prison with a lesser debt. He was found out by the master and thrown into prison with the tormentors. Wasn't that saying if we don't forgive our brothers we will got to hell. Only people serious in answering this please!

'No Ammonite or Moabite may be admitted to the congregation of Yahweh.'
'And none of their descendants, even after ten generations, shall ever be admitted to the congregation of Yahweh.'
'Do not regard the Edomite as abhorrent, because he is your brother.'
'Do not regard the Egyptian as detestable, because you were once a foreigner in his country.'
'Their descendants, after three generations, may be admitted to the congregation of Yahweh.'
