He said yesterday that when the bible says 144,000 it really means a great multitude and not literally 144,000. He claims it can't mean literally 144,000 because some of the tribes of Israel don't exist anymore to take 12,000 from. This made me laugh out loud. The prophecy is now impossible to fulfill, therefore we must have misunderstood the prophecy, and even though it specifically says 144,000 it doesn't really mean it. Classic.

They say that Nazi Germany was full of athiests and they do not acknowledge that it was a Christian country.

Hitler was supported by CHRISTIANS and his army was full of CHRISTIANS.

If they cannot accept this as truth then maybe they are incapable of accepting the truth .

When someone of another faith commits a crime they brand the whole religion with generalization knowing that a very small percentage are doing it, but in when it comes to their faith they have a double standard.

Were the Majority of Germans in Nazi Germany Christians ??

Why the hypocrisy ?

When Christians post Bible verses, do they memorize where and which verse to copy and paste,

or do they just pick a random one, no matter how irrelevant and just post it, without any explaination?

Or do you sense anything wrong with those explanations? Do they seem a little too contrived?

ok imagine a situation where in a far off island that hasn't been discovered yet, there live a colony of people.they don't know ANYthing about ANY of the world religions...so they have never heard of the concept of "God".they lead good lifestyles and don't harm one another.but they don't believe in God.it's not that they have heard of him and rejected the idea, the just haven't heard about him.u cannot say for sure either that IF they had heard about Him,they would've believed.it's a 50-50 sort of situation.they MAY have believed or they may not.

(1)will they end up in hell ?

(2)why didn't God ever give them an opportunity to learn? since no one was there to teach them (assume that they were incapable of coming up with that idea themselves)?

I have read lots of born again Christian's on Y/A talking about Jesus and God etc. But what does being born again really mean? I am asking because I honestly don't know.

If I lived a life of sex, drugs, fighting, gambling, drinking and everything else that is fun, if i genuinely what to find salvation at the age of 50 and then become very pious, if I die of a massive heart attack from all my partying, will i get into heaven because I am born again? (and I mean people who are genuinely born again)

Do other Christian's find this fair, or are they just glad they have added another saved soul to their list? Or are people who are born again not as high quality Christian's as those people who have been studiously religious since their youth?

If a Christian said "God is real" Atheists wouldn't feel attacked

If an Atheist said "God is fake" some Christians would feel attacked

Maybe we're more mentally stabled than Christians

2. "Your god is just as fake as the tooth fairy"

3. "You think God sent his only son to get beat, tortured, and murdered just so you can commit murder and be forgiven?"

How are these attacks? These are comments that you happen to disagree with. Are you crazy?
