The right to keep and bear Arms is part of our rights as freemen and woman. Removing the peoples weapons is one of the first acts of a tyrannical government and if weapons are removed for any other reason like supposed greater safety it is irrelevant because the long term results are the same, loss of freedom.
It may be of interest to you to know states with a high percentage of armed citizens have a lower crime rate as criminal attrition rates are higher in areas with gun owners. Plus there is a hesitancy to rob a house where death instead of loot may be the reward
No matter what your twisted filthy logic says the truth is that abortion is murder and laws are created to reflect the morality of the people not that of a few twisted megalomaniac liberal judges. Abortion was illegal in all 50 states until a judge had a penumbra or a brain fart and followed his Marxist beliefs instead of American law.
Right is right and wrong is wrong and civil law can not ever change that so resistance to fetacide is the only moral and correct decision for a free people.

Because abortion has no function other than killing a human being. Even when we have to choose between the mother and the child, one person must die. It's a case of choosing the lesser of two evils. It's "constructive" use is extremely limited, and if we admit the child to be human, then it becomes murder. Infants in the womb, as far as I know, are never violators of the law, a danger to others, or anything of the such. Abortions can never be defensive as a result.
Guns, likewise, serve to kill people. They also serve to hunt (and I'm not touching the ethics of that). They can serve as amusement in target ranges without any shedding of blood. And, more to the point, they serve as defensive items.
Criminals will never obey the laws that they can't carry a gun (I've not seen clear evidence that gun control has dropped crime at all). So, if the law-abiding citizen cannot carry a gun, and a loonie threatens his family, he has no defense but to watch them die. Even in an armed society like ours, mass shootings don't take place at the rifle range, they take place where people are unarmed, like a school or a church. If you remove the guns, then you actually make society less safe, because they will still use the guns, but the honest people will not have them to defend themselves. There is truth to the old principle of Pax Romana...
Secondly, the guns are necessary to limit our own government. Our nation is founded on distrust of government, and if we cannot be armed, if it begins to step over its bounds, people will not be able to do much about it except sit in the street, and we have enough history behind us to know that we cannot trust government.
So, the guns, while not good and often outright evil, can have a mitigating use. Abortion almost never does.

Because we live in a great Country. We are great because of our Constitution and our beliefs are based on the Bible, God's Word. We are given the right to bear arms so that we can protect ourselves and to keep the Government in check. We oppose abortion because it is our right for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. This Country was created by Christians, for Christians, that is why we have so much freedom and God's blessings and God's favor.

I don't believe its all that twisted. I'm from the south. Guns have always been found in my home, as well as my grandparents homes. We go hunting and we often go to skeet shoots. Guns are not killers, it's the people who use them that are the killers. Abortion, is killing a human life. They are very different things. Guns are as deadly as the people holding them want them to be. Abortion just kills.

An interesting contradiction to the more rational minds in the Universe. Where I live, I can buy an arsenal but if I needed an abortion I would have to go out of state. Guess which state this is!

look at it this way
Abortion should be forbidden but you're only killing one life while a Gun you can kill up to 100 in one go, like the virginia incident recently that just happened(god bless there souls), 33 people died, what's more dangerous?
I sti'll think abortion should never be used wether you're low on money or raped, that's what Adoption is for people!

We all love babies. (although some hate the unborn)
We tolerate toddlers.
We loathe pre-teens.
We despise teenagers.
We dislike adults.
This applies to everyone, everywhere. Few admit this.
So why does free access to guns scare you? Are you a bad guy?

In my opinion, access to guns has nothing to do with support or opposition to abortion.

Because those are both "right" poltical positions.
People do not support access to guns for murdering purposes they support access to guns for sport purposes and self defense.
