I'm Catholic and I believe in the 6 days of work and Adam and Eve. That is faith.

From school we learn that man started out from the form of an ape and we also were taught of the other things that came before man - dinosaurs and other creatures. And all these can be scientifically proven.

Does anyone think the two schools of thoughts can fit together? If not, which one do you believe in more?

I have heard things like slaughter inside the kindom halls or brainwashing and ESPECIALLY that we dont believe in Jesus. Which couldnt be further from the truth. I mean the whole reason we knock on doors is because he did.

Im not being rude or anything I just want to know why catholics pray to Mary. Can you at least tell me any scriptures in the bible that really tell us that we should offer our prayers to Mary coz from what I have read so far the bible tells us to beleive in GOD in Jesus and Jesus sais no one can go to the father except through me and it doesn't say or mention Mary anywhere as far as prayer and faith are concerned. Can you explain this to me please and like I said Im not being rude i genuinely want to know so please don't answer rudely, if you don't know or don't have anything sensibly to say please move on to other questions thank you

This nation was built on the belief of GOD, Liberty and freedoms for all, meaning you are free to chose what you believe and what you do.
First Amendment
Our Constitution was created so that the Christians ARE protected from the government to not be able to tell us where we can and can NOT assemble ourselves together. This includes: schools, courts and The White House.

Now if we become another nation, like that of what the Dem's are pushing for, by TWISTING the first Amendment, we will become a Muslim nation, where we will ALL lose our freedoms to chose.

The 'big three' (Christianity, Islam and Judaism) have been THE principle cause of war, famine, pestilence and death in this world. They have suppressed technology, information, new ideas. They preach tolerance but have tendencies to go on murderous witch hunts and slaughter anyone with even slightly different ideas. They don't even like to follow their own rulebooks. They are materialistic, warlike and vengeful, and the route to power is usually through a literal translation of their holy book, a set of commands sent by a force that hasn't even the guts to show it's face.

There's no such thing as God. There's no tooth fairy, no monster under your bed, no Satan, no angels, no demons. There's a whole universe out there, unaccounted for. The greatest Revelation of all is that everything we knew before was all false.

We're on the brink of a hyperscientific age. Why should I respect Religion, when it has only tried to hold it back? Why believe in fairy tales, when there's the real deal?

This is for Christians. (For ANYONE who thinks that they are a christian) Paul says, that he, "is not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God unto Salvation". In your OWN words, what IS the Gospel? (do not just define it as the "Good News". We all know the literal definition). Try NOT to use Bible verses. We all can string Bible verses together. By using your OWN words, you are forced to automatically define what you believe "those" verses MEAN. So, if you believe that you ARE a Christian, in your own words as much as possible, WHAT IS THE GOSPEL?
