Read Isaiah 55:8 my thoughts are not your thoughts.So who knows probably lots of loving thoughts,how to bless us,how to make his plans come through us,how to heal us,comfort us.Read Jeremiah 29:11.GOD has good plans for us.
GOD loves u so much that he sent his son JESUS to die for u to reconcile u back.
John 3:16 says "For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoso ever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life".Ask JESUS to come into your heart and forgive ur sins and cleanse ur past with his blood.
With a simple prayer like above u can be saved.

I believe He is sad because this world is full of itself. Thinking about only earthly things
But He is God All Mighty and He has a plan for Salvation. His Mercies are new every morning. He already knows the outcome and what we are going to choose to focus on today, but He is working through the faithful to witness, plant a seed so that One more will come to Him today.

I know He is answering many prayers, and I believe planning for the return of Jesus. But we can't even come close to thinking what God does, so it is even hard to speculate.
