Praying for a sick friend to get better isn't working. Praying to hit the lottery don't work either, well maybe that's asking too much.

What's the worse thing that can happen? My friend gets better, or Satan ignores me.

If I am an athiest, then none of this can be harmful, but maybe worth a shot.

So Christians argued that God went to Earth in the form of Jesus Christ to live a human life.

A human life includes sinning.

According to you, Jesus is sinless, and born sinless.

How could he know what it's like to have sins?

How could he know what it's like to pay for something you never do? Like the concept of original sin and everyone is a born sinner?

If we are not to take oaths, how can a person get married, or testify in court? Does this fact that we are not to make oaths, have anything to do with when Jesus said, ----- As in the days of Noah, they were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, and knew not til the flood came and took them all away ? Is it not good to marry ?

Don't you guys supposedly have seperation of church and state?

Aren't the policies more important than religious background?

Are you scared they'll close the churchs?

It’s alarming that most Christians have read only the bible! What you are reading is only a small portion of writings. A pagan emperor canonized the bible you read today. Many other people before & after Jesus' time were witnessed performing miracles.

Have you asked similar questions? Have you done your homework, or you just believe because of your upbringing and 'blind faith'?

There are many cults who demand you to follow, not question - Heaven's Gate; Jonestown; the Branch Dividians

"But Christianity is a loving religion, unlike these groups, we harm no one"

Is that so? Gays are treated as second rate citizens, loving couples living together do so in sin (but being in a miserable marriage is Godly). Those who disagree with Christianity are unworthy of you OR need you to make them see your righteous path?

Life is too short to force religion on people–especially when you have not done the research. WHY DO SO MANY PEOPLE FOLLOW THIS RELIGION WITH SUCH LITTLE KNOWLEDGE?

I am a Satanist and I am trying to make God hate me. I commit every sin out there and I don't confess, I blasphemize all the time, I call Jesus a weak queer, I pollute the earth, I beat up a priest one time, and I burned a Bible on fire. What more can I do to ensure I spend an eternity in hell? I don't believe I deserve to be in heaven, so I will make my life miserable.

Is it some big friggin secret or something? You pontificate that god exists, you know this for a fact, but when asked how you know this, there never is a good answer. After 2000 years of proselytizing, are you still unable to come up with a good answer? Here's a sinner wanting to be "saved" and all you can do is offer what. . .? Your own brand of crazy? That's it? That's all you got? Sorry if my tone is abusive, but I hope you can sense the frustration people feel with sanctimony. I won't bother you with any more questions today, I know you're busy.

The above statement is true in just about every instance. In the instance of the Virginia Tech shooting, people fail to recognize that Cho wasn't just an evil maniac who was born that way. People don't want to accept that it was what they did to him, even without knowing it, that caused his mental problems which lead to his demented nature and the shootings. People don't want to hear that by mocking people, they are just as responsible for such things as the people who do them. People don't want to accept that they are just as evil as even the "most evil" people in our world. Inside of every one of us is a Cho or a Hitler, but only by keeping that side knowingly subdued can we actually become good people. This isn't just about Virginia Tech; it really applies to everything. People don't want to hear that government doesn't work, even though so long as human corruption exists, it can't. People don't want to hear that their religion isn't fully true. People just can't accept these things

It's impossible that he didn't. Nobody can live without sinning because there are so many laws that were created by the Church to make people miserable. He got angry twice, and that's a sin. I even heard he got angry a lot as a teen on National Geographic.
