If so how do you deal with your disgust and dislike for those people? Do you ever curse them out and destroy them symbolically? What do you do if anything at all?

I mean, a guy that could walk on water and do the fish trick must have generated some heated writing in his day. Even if only 1% of those writings survived there must be a lot.

Do you believe that God has one perfect person planned for you? If so, would it be sinful to marry the wrong person? Please explain (and Scripture would be welcomed!).

I am having a very difficult time and I feel very cold and distant from the world sometimes. Has anyone abandoned atheism and turned to faith? Or the other way around? Tell me your reason.

About religious indoctrination on Hell being worse than sexual abuse?

(Question mainly directed at Christians)

If so, why? How is a lifetime of mental pain from the sexual abuse worse than a fear of ETERNAL pain in Hell?

I personally dont believe in elves, trolls, capn crunch or even the lovable peter pan but I am a sinner and I love it.

I actually want to start the anti KKK movement with the KKK standing for Krazy Klown Killers.

I have sex out of wedlock, I treat people like dirt, and I never earn an honest living but guess what???

I AM GOING TO HEAVAN ! GUARANTEED

why?

Because Jesus ( the black dude with the long hair and robe)
died for all Human sins. Not some sins but ALL SINS!! It is in the Bible

So with my sins already paid for I decide to live a lustful and hateful life. nice thing is in the end if I am wrong about the God fairy tale, I will still be in Heavan

Isnt life so grande?

Is this actually true? If you're a child, are you forbidden to read secular books? If you're a parent, do you forbid your child from reading these books? Do you know anyone in this situation?

**
Again, let me mention that I'm 34, and not a child.

This information about a loving God commanding Jewish boys to gang rape 32,000 virgin baby girls is really causing a lot of confusion within the churches. Could it be that we for too long time have been offered select verses, withholding those which may disturb us or don't fit into the society we are told we live in? It is horrible enough that a loving God should have commanded the young Jewish soldiers to kill all men down to baby boys, exactly what is happening in Palestine today, and that this may explain a lot of the problems we have over there? Most of us know very llittle about the Bible. Could it be that Jesus spoke about gang rapes and that this may clear up the great confusion inside our churches because of this, and, all those embarrassing questions from our youth? Let's hope that those versed in the Bible more than we are can help us out here.

A good parent spends TIME raising his/her kids, right? So why does the LDS church work so hard to rob parents (and children!) of time together?

Meetings, conferences, firesides, youth activities, adult activities, callings, roadshows?

Enough! It's hypocritical!

Theologians said the move was highly significant - both for what it says about Benedict's willingness to buck a long-standing tenet of Catholic belief and for what it means theologically about the Church's views on heaven, hell and original sin - the sin that the faithful believe all children are born with.

Although Catholics have long believed that children who die without being baptized are with original sin and thus excluded from heaven, the Church has no formal doctrine on the matter. Theologians, however, have long taught that such children enjoy an eternal state of perfect natural happiness, a state commonly called limbo, but without being in communion with God.

"If there's no limbo and we're not going to revert to St. Augustine's teaching that unbaptized infants go to hell, we're left with only one option, namely, that everyone is born in the state of grace," said the Rev. Richard McBrien, professor of theology at the University of Notre Dame.

In nature homosexuality is a necessity and part of the cycle of life-with the exception of Catholic priests who like little boys-why is their such vehement hatred of people who like to P-A-R-T-Y?

in order to gather the faithful and glorify God? (Notice, I spelled it with a capital G this time because I'm trying to meet you half way ty being careful not to offend you) The reason I'm asking is because for years I attended a Pentacostal Church disguised under the name of New ________ Baptist Church. It has 10,000 members and splits Sunday into three services to accomodate all the members. Well, even thought the church is located on 20 acres of land and the building is fairly new and looks much better than any house I've ever seen, a few years ago the pastor said that God told him to build a bigger, better church with a mini-mall, hair saloon, etc. From then on, he reminds every service that they have to build a new church, and asks that people make large contributions, citing how sister so-and-so gave $1000. My question is, does God really ask these things? Jesus himself preached on mountains and in open areas. Can't they make do with a public park? It costs a lot less.
