This information about a loving God commanding Jewish boys to gang rape 32,000 virgin baby girls is really causing a lot of confusion within the churches. Could it be that we for too long time have been offered select verses, withholding those which may disturb us or don't fit into the society we are told we live in? It is horrible enough that a loving God should have commanded the young Jewish soldiers to kill all men down to baby boys, exactly what is happening in Palestine today, and that this may explain a lot of the problems we have over there? Most of us know very llittle about the Bible. Could it be that Jesus spoke about gang rapes and that this may clear up the great confusion inside our churches because of this, and, all those embarrassing questions from our youth? Let's hope that those versed in the Bible more than we are can help us out here.

This is a lie. Neither God nor Christ would ever condone rape.

This so-called questioner's lying accusation is shameful, and is becoming tiresome:

It is particularly shameful because this questioner's slander plainly disagrees with the bible and godly principles of the time. Rape was never even tolerated, much less encouraged.

Israelite soldiers were allowed to marry captives, but had to treat them with the same rights and respect due to a natural-born Israelite wife.
(Deuteronomy 21:10-13) In case you go out to the battle against your enemies and Jehovah your God has given them into your hand and you have carried them away captive; 11 and you have seen among the captives a woman beautiful in form, and you have got attached to her and taken her for your wife, 12 you must then bring her into the midst of your house. She must now shave her head and attend to her nails [for hygienic reasons], 13 and remove the mantle of her captivity from off her and dwell in your house and weep for her father and her mother a whole lunar month; and after that you should have relations with her ["your wife"], and you must take possession of her as your bride, and she must become your wife.

My question is, where does it say that God approves of this? The father offered his daughter and the man's concubine, so that the man he allowed to stay wouldn't get raped. Not the father. God ended up wiping out most of the Benjamites because of this too. My thoughts are God didn't ok it to happen, man did it. God is in control, but he also gives men free will. Men can choose to follow God, or follow satan. Men can be evil. I think your question should be why would he allow something like that to happen. I am a Christian, read the Bible and try to understand it to the best of my ability. I have my faith and trust in God. Nothing I have tried has come near to the peace and joy of having a relationship with God. There are many things I still don't understand. Bad things happen and yes God allows them to happen. We have to remember his way of thinking is not our way of thinking. He is trying to further his kingdom, sometimes bad things have to happen to get peoples attention, or if something is getting in the way of furthering his kingdom he takes them out of the equation. I don't know if anything I said has helped but I hope I have left you with something to think about.

You've answered your own question. Too many people have SKIPPED versus that they simply didn't want to hear. That doesn't mean that the versus aren't there!!

Every word of the Bible is about today! We can't just pick & chose!!! Although sometimes people WISH they could..... myself included. But that simply doesn't change the TRUTH, does it?

First show me where God commanded any body to rape
any body......Jesus said "....woe to anyone who brings
harm to one of my little ones....."! Sure, I've read about
Pharoh's orders to kill Hebrew babies to get rid of what
he feared as a 'deliverer' that may free his slaves he used
consisting of the Hebrew people.... and I read of the babies
killed by orders of Herod when Jesus was born to rid the
risk of a new King replacing Roman Rule...Christian followers
are taught to '...shake the dust from their feet and to walk
away'... from anyone not wanting to believe them....quite
a contrast to the teacher who commands belief of said
Teacher or the '.....infidel must die ''' approach!

Hitler and Mussolini may have killed as many as you accused
in the first line of your script of the Jewish doing....there
are documented proofs of over six million Jews killed then, certainly more than 32,000 of them were children...Do you
think God commanded them to do this?

You may have heard a song by Bob Dylin "..God on Our
Side..."...this song suggests both sides claim what they
believe to be right...you decide for yourself.

What a sick mind you must have. The chapter says nothing about RAPE OR BABIES, but also list thousands of animals in the same scripture. Were they also suppose to rape all those animals?

Sounds like you heard about this and it got you all hot and bothered that you missed out on the action.
