Before you finish reading this sentence, approximately one hundred billion (100,000,000,000) operations will have been completed inside your eyes. However fantastic it may seem, you possess an example (two, in fact) of the Universe's ultimate technology. No scientist has ever come close to fully grasping it, let alone inventing anything remotely similar.
Whatever you have in your life is meaningful through your senses—vision and others. Your family, your house, your office, your friends and everything else in your surroundings, you quickly identify thanks to your vision. Without eyes, you could never get a quick, complete sense of everything that's happening around you. Without them, you could never imagine colors, forms, scenes, human faces, or what the word beauty means. But you do have eyes, and thanks to them, you can now read these printed words before you.

I don't buy it. He is a televangelist who used to be an admitted crackpot. A lot of people actually believed he came into contact with all thse Biblical figures. I don't see why they do. I have a hard time believing in heaven as it is and the testimony he gives us is so unrealistic.

I think it's really cute - even if I go into another section there's always at least one who'll follow and give me a downer...That's what I say anyway. On the inside I'm crying, someone clicking on an icon near my answer is just about the cruelest thing I can imagine...no I'm alright, something in my eye...*sniff*

Whosoever looketh upon a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already...(MATT 005:028).

Jesus said that whoever looks upon a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her. How does society curb the sin of Adultery of the eye without crushing the sexual drive as if it was some evil desire (as per early Christianity) ?

Looking at ones wife with Lust is a good thing and it is a natural process for procreation. Islam does not consider this an evil from the heart. However, to look upon a woman whom one is not married to, is considered an evil action because that is the first step toward the sin of Adultery.

The bible describes Babylon, which was the most progressive, modern and highly educated city in the world during its time, as being a cursed city with women who displayed their hair and beauty like prostitutes.

The veil is obviously very unpopular with men since they cannot have their daily eye candy and it makes fornication and adultery more difficult.

Wearing the veil is all about obeying God and it is a divine solution to the root cause of social and family breakdown.

The Veil liberates women from the oppression of daily sin that other women are subjected to by MEN who want to see them uncovered.

Today, men have convinced women that their success depends on how little clothing they wear.

In Islam, women can leave the home for necessary purposes but the ultimate teacher and homemaker is the Mother and the job of raising the next generation is considered an honor.

Islamic men are commanded to lower their gaze in modesty when standing in front of women. Muslim men are also instructed to keep the beard, wear loose clothing and cover their heads.

Islam teaches that the pillar of society is the Mother, take her out of the home and society will crumble…. GUARANTEED !!

Abraham had two sons, Ishmael and Isaac.

Both were blessed since God promised Abraham that his seed would be blessed (before the birth of any child) and God does not break his promises and no nation can be blessed without Gods’ command.

1-----After Abraham had lived ten years in the land of Canaan, Abram's wife Sarai took Hagar the Egyptian, her maid, and gave her to her husband Abram as HIS WIFE. -- GENESIS 16:3

2------So Hagar bore Abram a son; and Abram called the name of HIS SON, whom Hagar bore, ISHMAEL. - GENESIS 16:15

Islamic belief is that both sons would be blessed and both blessings would come through them unto the world. In Islam there is no superiority or inferiority issues when describing the blessed sons of Abraham. Isaac is mentioned with great honor and love in the Quran. Great Prophets came from the lineage of Isaac and David and none brought such a complete code of life and a complete law like Moses.

Amongst the Israelites (Jews) the great Statesman and Law Giver was Moses.

However, from the descendants of Ishmael, the brother of Isaac - who was the Great Prophet, conqueror and Law Bringer ?

From amongst the Ishmaelites (Muslims) the great Statesman and Law Giver was Mohammed.

Mohammed, just like Moses, was a Statesman ,Military commander, bringer of a detailed Law for religious, social, financial, political affairs and both had families.

The Quran is full of the stories of Moses as a guidance for Mohammed on how he should handle similar situations.

Moses was the means for the Israelites to become a great nation chosen to protect and deliver the commandments from God as a blessing unto mankind.

Mohammed was the means for the Ishmaelites to become a great nation chosen to protect and deliver the commandments from God as a blessing unto mankind.

Through the seed of Abraham God has completed his favor unto all of mankind until the day of Judgement.

Mohammed was the last and final Ishmaelite/Abrahamic Prophet and Jesus was the last and final Israelite Prophet.

The Quran calls Jesus “the Messiah” which means “the one who was sent as a redeemer for the Israelites (Jews)”.

May God bless all the Jews, Muslims and Christians with proper understanding and may all of mankind benefit from the Divine message and Divine Law which is now eternally protected in the original tongue it was revealed in (Islam).

At a recent wedding conducted by our Born Again Christians, the bride was asked to blindfoldly put his hand on a Bible chapter for future luck of the couple. Up came Numbers 31. After solemnly reading it, the whole congreation was paralyzed. Some fainted, others vomited, while yet others run away. In Africa and the Orient we take such things very serious. What ominous future does this couple have after receiving such a shock?

Blackwater USA is a mercenary army created by a member of the christian far right, Erik Prince.

The Bush administration loves using them as they are not bound by the same rules of engagement as the USA military. They have the world's largest privately owned military base at 7000 acres.

Isn't it against the ideals of christianity to own a mercenary army that operates outside the laws that control regular armies?

Do American christians understand that this stuff makes them look really dangerous to the eyes of the rest of the world?

I first learnt of this private army when I read the linked article.
