I'm starting to believe there is a God. I am usually an Agnostic, meaning I don't know if there is a God. Yesterday, I felt sick and I started tp pray. The weirdest thing happened. Right when I said grant good health to me and my family, I stopped feeling sick and I felt fine for the rest of the night. I am not kidding. I am wondering if God actually heard my prayers or it was just a coincidence and that I'm praying for nothing. I also looked up at the universe and I'm thinking that it's very unlikely it got like that by itself. I feel somewhat ashamed to tell people I believe there is a God because a lot of people don't believe in God. Something telling me there is a God.

I bought a Tarot deck a few years back, just for fun. I've used it a few times, but never really got into it. I'm cleaning house right now and am thinking about selling the deck along with a lot of other stuff. But I wanted to make sure this isn't a bad idea. Will the new owner of the cards be able to use them to screw with me in any way? Will the new owner be unable to get readings that apply to him or her since I've used them?

These may be silly questions, but I just want to make sure. The readings I've done have always been very accurate, and I think there's probably something to Tarot cards and I figure I should get the opinion of more knowledgable folks first.

It hurts me so much, not because they are criticizing me, but because it's sad what their fate is, and I feel bad that I can't make them understand. It's sad the God was merciful and loving enough to come to our limited, restricted, sin filled world just to resist all our temptations, be perfect and die a horrible death, and now over half the future world mocks him. I wish I could show them the truth. Does it make you sad too?:-(

i ont hate them...lets get that staight... i pray for them too! i heard it was invented!!!!! 1700 years ago.. by a man who says that he was not having a good time at his church so he started something that atones for his own worldly needs! hey imajine all the religions out there if we could just write our own Koran and live it! hahahaha! i pity the fool who does not belive that jesus is the only way to heaven..... i belev that inviting him into your heart is not enough! we need to repent our sins and have faith...work work work for God is good! and what is up with those J.W.s? good luck with the gates of heaven there! being a chritian is hard.. i dont judge but i do wish i could convert all in to chritianity! it is so easy to belive! jesus is real..he is his fathers son and we will be judges by him! if you do not know him then i pray that you will find him soon before he finds you!

so i was flipping through the channels a while back, and i caught caught kirk cameron on the tbn network. he was talking about how to convert atheist. what a jack@$$!!! anyway he made the claim that there is no such thing as an atheist because none of us can prove that god doesn't exist. in stead, those of us who claim to be atheists are in fact agnostics. bigger jack@$$. this question then is for those who believe this statement. if this is true, does that not mean everyone who believes in a god or gods is also an agnostic since you can't prove he or they exist? by this logic, isn't every one of us an agnostic?

I mean, really..it would make more sense to me.

All sorts of sexual activities seem to be sins to God. But giving birth to a baby is extremely painful.

Sex was meant for us to multiply. So, why didn't he just reverse it? Sex: painful, giving birth: joyful and painless. We wouldn't wanna have sex all the time, we'd just use it to mulitply in a painful act, but we'd know why we'd do it.

And in the end the woman would have a very pleasant, happy delivery. The pain would even be chared fairly between men and women.

So, if most sex is a sin, why didn't God just do it like I think is more logical?

I prefer prayer over anything else, because it is a powerful thing and I believe if i ask God to do something, he can do it just a bit better than I can, but some people prefer witnessing, or whatever they think will help lead someone to salvation. What do you do to glorify God daily?
