He demonstrated that with His lifestyle and implied in his teachings but never actually said those exact words.

No, I don't believe he actually said those words but he demonstrated that with his actions. There are many stories you can reference but the two that come to mind right now are Zaccheas and the woman at the well. The Pharisees said he shouldn't be seen with them-they were sinners. He went to them in love and told them to sin no more. Hence the saying-hate the sin, love the sinner!

No, Jesus never said that.
Yes, there were many times when Jesus recieved sinners in love, of course. His whole purpose in coming here was to reconcile the world to Himself...
On the other hand, Jesus also condemned certian people...can you hear Him shouting "scribes, pharisees, hypocrites!" Or, "My house is meant to be a House of Prayer...but you have made it a den of thieves!"
Jesus could see into people, He is able to understand them from the inside out. He knows their motives, He knows their intentions...as we cannot.
Therefore, it belongs to Jesus to make such judgments...and NOT to us.

Who did Jesus go to, not the saved, but the unsaved. They were wicked, just as you and I are. He helped them turn from their sin, remember the woman at the well? Jesus loves everyone and wants nothing more than for you to realize and accept Him as your Saviour.
