many Christians are currently fighting in a war that has killed thousand upon thousands of women , men and children !
yet homosexuality is a huge problem for Christians all over the world ! more so , then a war!
so where is there the logic behind that kind of thinking?????
the 10 commandments say you shall not kill , it doesnt say you shall not love a person of the same sex!

The theory of evolution claims that life is formed by chance. According to this claim, lifeless and unconscious atoms came together to form the cell and then they somehow formed other living things, including man. Let us formulate an “experiment” on this subject under the heading of “Darwinian formula” and let us examine on the behalf of evolutionists what they really claim without their actually having spelled it out:

Ok. When you believe that fighting for a cause will save your soul for eternity, you don't care to die. Do our leaders not comprehend this? You can't fight religion, but with a little understanding and respect you can coexist. But I guess Bush thinks he's doing this for America! Yeah right. Either he hates Islam or loves oil, probably both. Terrorism will never go away completely, but it will shrink if we quit putting on a front that we are trying to rid the world of Islam. I'm Christian but that's what I believe in, but I respect everybody elses beliefs. Let's get these politicians some training in cultural diversity!!

Let’s consider the following example. When a bezoar goat is bitten by a snake, it eats a plant of the genus euphorbia, such as spurge, and thus counteracts the snake venom thanks to the euphorbone in the plant’s sap. Interestingly, the animal does not even taste spurges during its usual daily grazing. This implies that these bezoar goats know the spurge’s chemical structure and that it will heal them if they are bitten by a snake. How did the goat acquire this knowledge? Of course, a goat cannot eat all available herbage when bitten by a snake, hoping to find, by trial and error, which plant will cure it. So how does it know which plant will counteract the snake’s venom and how to treat itself? Who teaches it this knowledge? There is only one answer to these questions. These goats act by the inspiration of Allah(God), as do all other beings in the world. Allah is the One Who reveals how they should behave.

...so, what if everybody you know, and everybody you don't know, and everybody on Television, and on Radio, were to say that some big miracle has happened, and you were the only one who had not observed a thing - even though you were there at the moment of the miracle?

They keep saying "the bible has a lot of followers -- so it must be right"...

For many years, decades, even Centuries, slavery had a lot of supporters, and it turned out to be wrong. But that's another story entirely...

Factually -- the bible was scribbled out, and the books of the bible, contextually, are only a guess -- many books are in bits and pieces and over half of the words in the books are extrapolated -- guesswork. Because they have always been missing from the old parchments...

It's 2000 years later, and still, over 70% of the people on earth reject the bible. That's a pretty bad track record for something, if it was actually inspired by a god. For that simple reason, my conclusion would be that it's wrong, and certainly not inspired by a god or the "word of" a god...

Okay, lets get some answers out in the open. I'm not gay myself, but I know a lot of gay people. Most of them want to get married, but Christians say no. I assume its because your religion says its wrong.
But what if I was gay, and I wanted to get married. Are you telling me I can't because YOUR religion says I can't? Its not MY religion, its YOUR religion. Why should I have to follow your religion?
My next question: Religion and religious fanatics say NO to gay marriage because its against their beliefs. But any one of you tell me HOW gay marriage hurts YOU persoanlly? Its not YOUR life, its not YOUR relationship. So how is it hurting you. Say Bob and Gary out in Nevada get married, and you live in Maine. How is that going to affect you? How will that ruin or devestate your life? What business is it of yours how others live thier lives?
I actually hear a religious leader say that gay marriage would devestate the birth rate in the USA. Like they were going to have kids otherwise?

If Adam was the first human, why is the xy (male/Adam) gene 80,000 years younger than xx (female/ Eve) gene.
Source:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/999030.stm

Wouldn't that make Eve the first human, and who was Eve's mate or partner if Adam was not around until 80,000 years later?

Whats your point of view, & please explain why/why not?
