definetely religion will decide , because by faith you may be good in your opinion or in opinion of like minded persons but may be evil from absolute or religion point of view.because evil is relative term.
secondaly if you do not follow religion then follow the voice of your soul only , do not mix it with others. becasue duality is only the problem with human being.if you are feeling guilty then you are evil.

Yes you are evil. youre the most evil person there ever was. i shudder at your pure evilness. Why not blame it on faith or religion - that sounds good. the evil person in the evil sect. Dont come any closer you evil evil devil.

No, anyone with an ounce of brains knows we are evil, we go to war and kill each other, we lie, especially if you are a politician, but they lie to control us, the church lies to get us to give them money and they need that money in the catholic church, mostly because it gets expensive moving priests all over the country to keep them from falling into the hands of the law for the sodomy and molestation of our young children, but the pope said if they do it more than twice, they are in trouble. f**k the pope, if they do it at all, we should get a gun and take em out, and the pope goes with them. Here is your answer, a religion, that is more evil than 90% of general population, who will tell them?

I am evil, according to the 'holy' scriptures, I have done many things that deserve eternal punishment. Even as I type this, I am wearing clothes made from two types of material! That is a sin, according to the bible!

Satan is evil. Sin is evil, we all sin so yes in a way we are evil. God himself will judge not man. God has told us what evil is and what sin is.
