I mean i have talked to people that have said that it has clearly been proven that a explosion can happen with absolutely nothing there? If there is nothing, and i mean nothing, no air, no space, no anything, no container to contain the nothing-ness! How can the circumstances be recreated? Does nothing+nothing=something Im so confused about how it is allegedly possible.. Please give references in your answers, and do not call me a narrow minded Christian or anything, because personally i dont care if that is what you think!

He quotes the scriptures..and they are apparently not out of context.

This is the extreme example of the hatred spewed by fundamentalists, but it happens every day from many pulpits...how many people are you turning away from God and alienating with your hateful, judgemental rhetoric

Heaven and Earth have not passed away, therefore the law is to be kept.

My uncle was trying to convert me to christiantiy by saying that the first humans (adam and eve) were christians.

But i told him that christianity is a new religion that it's only been around for 2000 (give or take) Years.
and that the story of adam and eve is of Jewish origins so adam and eve were most likely jewish.
Then i made a list of Religions that i Know to be older then christinaity (but i had to stop because i ran out of paper ^_^)

I had this dream last night I was really good friends with this guy and some how he just turned evil ( like devil) and I remember that in my dream God wanted to flood the WHOLE state that I was living in! So I remember where everyone living in thoses apartment had pulled out something to surf on ( not like fun surfing but just like a floating shealter). Then I went upstairs with a friend to try to get the one that has turned evil I didnt want him to die so I tryed to take him along but he wouldnt go. So when I finnally go outside to find my family and pets, I saw that the water had rose up to my knees and that all the ships and shealters were starting to float and spining like your getting sucked into the wirlpool. I find my dogs and family after the the whirpool stoped but thats when I woke up.. I really dont know what I did wrong.. I pray everynow and then.. If I can I'll give money to the poor.. Its it cause I am not Catholic ? well any way this moreing when I woke up

people think that people work with spirit when doing things like tarot readings etc , when they don't

Eventhough for the first 18 years of my life, I was in church literally every time the doors were open...and eventhough I still attend church now and study the scriptures, and pray regularly and seek God's face...eventhough I have spent countless hours on my knees asking God's direction on sexuality etc...

I have never heard the Adam and Steve analogy...I have never read all of these scriptures you quote...they must have been hidden by the devil...thank you for pointing them out..I am changed.

So, I am going to leave my 17 year gay relationship and marry a woman...of course she has to be subjective to me, the man...if she is not, I will just divorce, repent and try it again with a new woman.

I am going to leave my progressive Methodist church and find a good fundamentalist one...

I am going to quit my volunteer work with dialysis patients and at the food bank...and paint a sign and go protest at abortion clinics and gay pride parades.

God loves you and He does not want to lose anyone of you. Do you understand that you did not chose heaven if you ended up in hell?

If you do not believe in hell and heaven, why do you even bother with the subject?

Tell me your thoughts. : )

PS: What goes for me, I also would like to see you in heaven...but I rather want you to make that choice than anyone else making that for you...including me. I believe in free will. It is God's way.

The bible says how to identify a true believer- the gospel of Mark chapter 16 verse 17 and 18 --- "there will be signs for true believers and amongst the signs in my name they shall cast out devils and they shall speak foreign tongues and drink deadly poison and they shall still not be harmed and when they lie their hand over the head of the sick then the sick will be cured.

If any of you is a true christian believer i want to know who drank deadly posion and is living or come on atleast speak foreign tongues and i mean not just 1 language but several languages. Does this all make you christians false believers. Im sure no one will NOT be harmed after drinking deadly poison.
