Jesus said that blasphemy of the Son of Man is forgiven, but blasphemy of the Holy Spirit isn't.

Jesus said His body is the Bread that came down from heaven that was broken for us. So, it is blasphemy. Jesus didn't say He was the Chocolate bar that came down from Heaven.

Do you think that Jesus just overlooks this, or is the sculpture artist in trouble?

Atheists don't. and they live perfectly content, peaceful, moral, fulfilling lives.

that's PROOF that you don't NEED A GOD.

and for those who will answer, "but you'll go to hell forever", congrats, that's not proven. only this life is the only life anyone has known, so i'll live it to the fullest. without devoting my life to an imaginary, made up thing.

You only believe in jesus because someone told you he existed, totally unlike george washington. We know that george washington existed because scientists tell us so. If jesus was real, why is he waiting so long to come back to earth? Don't you know tons of other religions think things that are similar? Didn't you know that biology, astronomy, astrology and botany disproves the existence of god? If god is real, why doesn't everyone win the lottery? Why do we have sickness and disease? Why do jews still exist? How can you be so gullible when we have smart scientists like rochard dawkins telling us the truth? Why does god hate gay people? If he hates them, why did he make them and why are they gay? Gayness is proof of evolution. There was no jesus or flood or pink unicron or whatever it is you believe. its make believe like santa, the tooth fairy and honest republicans. it doesn't exist. its not real and i just proved it. welcome to logic and reasoning.

Recent news has it that the Late Pope John Paul 11. is soon to become a 'saint' on account of some nun who claimed by praying to him she recieved a 'miracle' cure of her illness. I ask the question: What about all the dead Roman Catholics that the Roman priests pray for at the Mass everyday who are in 'Purgatory'? Why is the Vatican look after there own and get them into heaven but the ordinary 'punters' have to pay for there dead loved one's in 'Purgatory' Also, if the late Pope is in 'Purgatory' before he becomes a 'saint' how is it this nun got answered prayer from him? This is fraud and deception of the highest order by the world's largest Cult promoting a place called 'Purgatory' that does not exist except of course in the priest's pocket.
Joe.

i dunno, just seems like a follower 500 years ago would not recognize the church of today. all sorts of conflicting beliefs. just seems like the revelations stories are more about the day when the religion would fall due to fracturing (more likely the roman empire) as opposed to a true event, destined in the future.

wouldnt we be better off putting all beliefs aside, and just be good neighbors and humans?

Just curious. Not looking to condemn, criticize, or stroke someone's ego. Just wondered if people pray and how much people pray daily.

And don’t tell me miracles are actually happening. Otherwise were are the folks walking on water, raising the dead, turning water into Jose Cuervo, or putting mud and spit into peoples eyes and curing their hemorrhoids? Sorry folks, not happening.

So what is keeping god so busy these days?

Do you think he is now regretting that there are no babes in the Holy Trinity?

I looked as i do now a person but i was water. And Fire (also a person) was standing on a fort type wall and throwing boulders at me. I teleported to fire's bedroom and knew he would fight me if he caught me there. So teleported back to fort wall. Fire began throwing boulders again. There was a big oak door just infront of me and when i opened it for some protection, behind the door was no opening just darkness. Decided to meditate with door open, providing some cover. Ended up on a beach where everything was peaceful. Walked over to God that was sitting on a chair and had a chat with him for a while until I woke up. Dont remember what we were talking bout though.

Then a week later i read in a book about druids something about a door and god and the elements.

Freaky? Any thoughts would be appreciated thank you.

...would you still knock on that person's door to witness to them?

I'm just wondering if the "No Soliciting" sign applies to that sort of thing. Just yesterday, two men came to my aunt's door. They both had their material out ready to give a spiel. She asked them if they saw her sign. Upon her saying that, they excused themselves. She figured they were going to try to sell her something, but I was wondering if they were witnesses who just didn't think of that sign applying to people doing their sort of thing.

Liberals are great for this one. They demand freedom for their speech, yet love to shout down anyone who is saying something that they don't want to hear. They demand tolerance for their lifestyles, but are constantly demanding that others can't live as they wish. They create speech codes so that certain words and thoughts are simply forbidden to be said aloud.

So, if you practice what you preach and treat others as you'd wish to be treated, you'll be fine. If you feel the need to constantly throw your ideas in other people's faces just to try to make them uncomfortable, who knows?

In other words, a person can believe anything they wish as long as they do not harm someone else with their actions. Agree or disagree?
