Before I did it was due to laziness. Since I have I can say I'll probably never read it the whole way through again.

as for me, I'm working on it. I've read certain books in the Bible more than a dosen times already because I love the deep thoughts and words of the authors of them. It is so thought-provoking and brain-twitching that I can't read more than a chapter before I stop and think about the meaning of every chapter. And it gets even more deep when I read it the second time. And those who actually read it through and said it is a fairy tale either read it in a week and read it as a fairy tale, not wanting to think about the history and meaning of every word. Or they just don't want to accept the Truth, knowing it's the Truth. That's the scariest thing that could happen to a person.

I have read the Christian Bible. As many versions as I can find, and I read each over and over.
Of course, it still has no religious meaning for me. I study religions and cultures - I stopped following Christianity because of the many errors and contradictions in the Bible (paired with the "don't think, just believe" sermons I got for asking about them).

I got bored after a while.
I read the first 4 books, though (after I became an Atheist).
Now, I enjoy reading revelations.

It's rather like asking me if I've read all the Vedas. Not my religion, not generally my issue, and it does not engage my interest otherwise.

Even though I did- I didn't have to to understand its historic value and scientific value... its equivalent to the exact number of academy awards won by the movie "weekend at bernie's"...
