Just wondering...why do religious people feel the need to spread their faiths. If we want religion, we know where to find it. Religious people dont want gay people to "flaunt" their homosexuality. How is "flaunting" your religion any different. Should gay people come to your door on Sundays and explain about gay-love?

Personally, I think The Secret is just another scheme to make somebody money, but it isn't all poppycock. Some of it is reasonable and can improve one's life quite a bit.

I found this question and it was worthy of being repeated, because there were really no good answers.

Please think about this, and use your God given sense of reason...

You might want to look at the following Scripture:
Psalm 115:16: "As regards the heavens, to Jehovah the heavens belong, But the earth he has given to the sons of men."

If Adam and Eve were originally created to live forever, and they must have been, or God's warning to them that they would die if disobedient would not have held much weight...so if they were meant to live forever, how then would they have gotten to heaven if obedient? Earth, therefore was created for humans, as heaven was created for spirit creatures...we are human! God created us to live forever on earth...why is that concept, which is so simple, so difficult for so many to understand...could it be because
"it is veiled among those who are perishing, among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers,"

If we are not saved by baptism, and it's only a show of our faith, then the only logical reason for this act is winning points for heaven. Wouldn't Jesus have condemned this rather than commanded it if we are doing the same thing as the Pharisee in Luke 18:9-12?

I think it would be cool -- and creepy -- to see gods pop into existence just because people choose to believe in them. You know, "clap your hands and Tinkerbell will live," that sort of thing.

Because Jehovah ´s Witnesse say that Jesus Began to rule in heaven (1914) for a prophecy that is in Daniel but not in the earth because that will happens after Armageddon and that date is what nobody but God knows, so when doesJesus began to rule in heaven? because Jesus said that after that happens will began famines, wars , illness, earthquakes, (matthews 24:1-24) a period of tribulation and at the end of that period the Armageddon, so if they are wrong and the history also how do i know this is the end of the time or maybe we have to wait 2000 years more? and if Jesus still haven´t arrive nobody is in heaven because in the bible in 1 thessal. 4:15-16 said when he came they (christian) will be rapted? so in the mean time where are they ?

He sold me one, said his Mother only used it when she was pregnant but it was a lemon!!

Its back leg was bent and one of its ears was broken and kept flopping over.
He said he'd come round after work one day and heal it but then he borrowed it to go to Jerusalem and never returned it.

I keep reading comments like "the end is soon" and "soon you will face judgement". How soon? Is there some date someone can set, where if Christ returns you're right and if he doesn't, you're wrong and will stop yammering about the end of the world? At what date will you say "hmmm, it's been too long, I guess no one's coming?" It's been a couple thousand years, how soon is soon?
