santa makes a list of whos bad and whos good.
god has a book of life that shows whos good.

santa only gives to kids who are nice
god only lets christians into heaven

santa gives coal to kids who are bad
god sends bad people to hell (coal burns)

santa is nothing without belief in him.
god is nothing without belief in him.

you write a letter to santa for what you want.
you pray to god for what you want.

you would have the occasional "god loves everyone" float too though...

Is there a certain type of Marijuana that can cause 2 of those stretched pimples ... Kind of like a poison ivy rash, but only 2 lil bumps ... 1 big, and 1 small ... It'll go away in time, but hmm .. Strange how I didn't notice these bumps until now, and I'm wondering what my boy is about, I didn't know he was crazy to put a lil hex/curse to cause 2 bumps on my face !

I am a Christian, and i'm absolutely heartbroken by all the posts from people claiming to be followers of Christ, then spout lies and anger in His name. A lot of people love to see it, because it just "proves" to them, that Christians are hateful, mean people. Just wondering if there are non-Christians out there that understand the difference between someone who is obviously confused about what Christianity is about... and someone who is sincerely a follower of Christ? Just for my own curiosity... thanks for the answers! God Bless!

I ask because of their belief in Jesus acending into heaven in spirit and body. However, the old test. talks of burnt offerings to the lord. Would't that mean that God accepts the spirit rather than the ashes or body? I am curious because I am considering cremation. I don't like the idea of being filled with chemicals and they refuse to just stick me into the ground for the Earth to consume so cremation is the next best thing.

I truly believe that our heavenly father and the only begotten son exist and are still today living beings. But, my faith in them is like to a stranger. I am an LDS member, and I know and understand the ordinances of the gospel. Through my consistent prayers, fasting every sabath, and learning the scriptures precept upon precept, the holy spirit has been generous to me. Providing me with the understanding of the church and life, magnifying my soul to a whole new degree (grace) providing me with a strong testimony of truth . But, at times I have fainted deeply from such things, for patience does not dwell with me, and a reprobate mind I have. I have come to love the holy spirit, but the father & christ I see more of the creature than the creator. I HOPE, through do time I will forsake my ways and rely more on my faith than my understanding, and learn patience & repentance.

Honestly, some people say that all Muslims support terrorism or are terrorists.

So how many Muslims do you know PERSONALLY support terrorism?

I'm a Muslim, I don't support it, what about me and my relatives and friends (who don't support it either).

What about the innocents in Iraq that are being killed by idiotic cowards that choose to target women and children with gas bombs and other suicidal bombings?

Not all Iraqies are Muslims - Those who commit suicidal bombings in Iraq aren't all Muslims.

What about the many other terrorists are aren't Muslims?

Sure, there are many Muslim radicals, who I believe are idiots and who should rot.

So what we have different beliefs, show me actual proof, from the Qua'ran, not some website, that the Qua'ran supports terrorism.

The Jihad does not influence terrorism, the Jihad was based on war - How to defend youself in war and so on so forth. So if you take any Surah (passage) from the Jihad then your obviously desperate.
