I can get to the vibration point, but when i try to obe after a little while the vibrations just go away and i lay there wondering what went wrong.....plz help ^_^

Could be you are not focusing your mind enough or clearing it to stop you. One good way I found is to fast for a week and stay awake at least 4 days and try meditation or whichever form you personally use.
I don't try obe's these days, they are a little disturbing on the astral senses.

In my experience (in general; I haven't had an O.B.E.), if you TRY too much, you will fail.
Stop worrying about it so much: that's my advice.
