not unless you dont expect anything from god... which i dont.

"santa makes a list of whos bad and whos good.
god has a book of life that shows whos good."
-true

"santa only gives to kids who are nice
god only lets Christians into heaven"
-no i dont think so... i think god lets everyone (dispite their religion) into heaven if they are good people.

"santa gives coal to kids who are bad
god sends bad people to hell (coal burns)"
-no i dont think god sends us there... i think we put ourselves there.
i also believe hell is a temporary place... once we have made up for our bad karma, we can go to heaven.

"santa is nothing without belief in him.
god is nothing without belief in him"
-no i dont think so... i think god will exist in its form no matter what we believe.

"you write a letter to santa for what you want.
you pray to god for what you want."
-some people do this... but they shouldnt... we need to fix our own problems and stop expecting god to do it.

Santa is a myth
but GOD is ALIVE and REAL.

So uhhhhh..........no, they are nowhere the same- and remember the world has made santa to cover up the truth of Jesus Christ. They obviously wanted to make santa look like a "god" but in the end only ONE God will remain and that is our awesome Heavenly Father who reigns on High!

My children believe in God. Why? Not because I make them but rather they choose to believe in Him.
God wants each of us to live with Him in Heaven. Yes, even you.
Hell was never created for people. Its single purpose and design was for Satan and the angels that followed after him.
If you write a letter to Santa, it will NEVER get answered. When you pray to God, from an honest heart and with faith believing, you will get an answer. It may not be the answer you expected but it will be answered.

The parallels are uncanny but when you stop to consider that the mythical being, Santa Claus, was based on a true being, Saint Nicholas, who was a Christian then I think you begin to see why the parallels exist.

Santa is a Distraction of the real celebration of Christmas which is the birth of Jesus Christ. The word "holidays" actually originates from " Holy Days". Also, "Santa" with the letters re-arranged spell "SATAN". Satan is doing all he can to distract from the real truth.

You got it. That's exactly right.

You would be surprised how many people figure out that God doesn't exist when they grow up but keep going through the motions because they are afraid to face the alternative - reality.

Hey. Another similarity. Christmas as a whole... except the holiday was made for Jesus, and Santa was made for the holiday...

Children figure out that Santa is impossible, but people can feel God's presence when they're alone... they don't see Santa's presents when they're by themselves.
