does the quran state "THE HOLY QUR'AN: “Says Your Prayers Before Prayers For You Are Said” or?

I too have recieved this in e-maill, but its wrongfully associated with Quran. May be some pious person said it.

there is one verse where Allah says: "Therefore, remember Me and I will remember you."
