I'm sure when you opened this, you probably thought it was ANOTHER person wanting to say something to us Christians about how stupid we are, or why our religion is this way or that way, but instead i want to ask: Does it bother you when there are so many people out there that have NOTHING nice to say about us, and have so many negative views on us? i personally sit back and laugh because it seems people just do it to make us angry, when it's not worth getting angry over. I just wanted to see what other Christians views were on this. And i'm sure that there is going to be non-christians leaving an answer on here even though it's titled "For the Christians..." but please know that i'm not saying anything bad about any other religion or lack-there-of, simply asking other Christians what their views on it was.

deep down do you really "wonder" about Him and the Bible being the truth?
I mean honestly, when you blasphemy Him or speak negative about a christian sharing the gospel, after you read the message do you even think for one second "maybe the Bible is God's written word, and truth" ?

Have any of you pro-choice people ever went and looked at any of those sites that show what happens to a baby is aborted. even at 5 weeks that baby looks like a human being. and the cruel part is these babies who can feel every thing. i even read about a procedure where they pull all of the baby out of the mothers body exept the head and poke a hole in the back of the baby's head then they suck the brains out of the baby. or where they suck the Baby out of the womb in peices with a vacum. this is the cruelest form of Murder. How can any one think that abortion is ok, that a woman should have the right to brutaly Murder thier unborn baby.

Why do you think you know that?
Obviously someone gave you that ability to know what is right and what is wrong yes?
So in God's eyes, when we break His law, which is lying, stealing, murder, adultery etc..... it is a SIN. Sin is bad yes?
So God being the Creator and Our Lord, could wipe us off the face of the earth if He wanted to--YET He actually gave HIS life for us! So that we who believe would pass from hell which is what sin leads to---to life, which is eternity in heaven. THAT is LOVE! We dont' deserve His great love--I know I don't. And I want everyone to know how important salvation is in Him....We would not be here, if it was not for God. All glory belongs to HIM! And He has a plan for each and every one of us.....

Question: Did Jesus heal the lame in Bible times?
Question: Would it be too much trouble for him to heal the lame in this modern era?

I have no idea what the population of church people is in the United States, but I feel he needs to come down and heal them EN MASSE.

And yes I am a Christian (but a biased one!!) haha :-)

There's a mixed bunch on here and looking at some of the answers given I'm not surprised we get such a bad reputation!!

There are a lot of you that have had really bad experiences from us and I'm really sorry (of behalf of all the dogmatic ones!!) ;-)

I just hope you manage to find loads of happy, gorgeous Christians out there with a passion for life and a massive sense of humour (like me!!)

ps - and please don't start getting your knickers in a twist and putting nasty answers down, chill out and have a bit of fun xx

Putting people buried in graveyards is just a waste of space, and if you christians out there love nature so much (shown by opposion to stem cell research) Why don't you help out the environment by not sticking chemical filled bodies in the groud that take hundreds of years to completely decompose, not to mention there are still toxic CHEMICALS! Do the world a favor and stop polluting the environment. I don't think its bad to have a death ceremony just be nice to nature and cremate them. What do you say? Anything else I should add?

I was just told by a friend that Atheism is based on a theory known as the "something-nothing" theory. It goes like this: the earth exists because of a million different things: atoms, electrons, big-bang, gravity, etc. But if any one of these things didn't exist the world wouldnt exist. How can this be a basis for Atheism, the belief in no God, and from what I can find more importantly, the belief in nothing? How can you believe that nothing exists on a greater plane if we exist?? How is this a plausible theory??

This is not meant to be insulting, this is meant to gain knowledge. Please only provide real answers and nothing such as "Athiests are stupid".

I'm sure some of you haven't noticed it but if you pay close attention when they do it ,it always appears to be an upside down cross. If it is on purpose is it a reference to Peter who was crucified upside down..at least that would make sense although innappropriate.
