Is the credit of his actions only good in heaven? Then what of man being judged? I am so confused. How can there be so many views when Abraham translated it for us? And what exactly am I unaccountable for thanks to the annointed one? Help!

The problem is that there are too many in positions of authority that hold to the idea that non-religious ideas take precedence over religious ideas. If a person follows a particualr religion then they are bound by the moral and ethical precepts of that religion and ONLY someone of authority in THAT religion has any right to give any sort fo correction to the person. It your religions says that it is wrong to steal, and you steal then it is up to someone of authority in your religions to decide IF punishment is warrented and to decide what, if any, that punichment is to be. Religious people need to live ONLY by the dictates of their religion and those in authroity in that religin and no other authority at all. After all a man cannot serve two masters. You are either answerable to religious authority, or secular authority but not both. If you are going to be anserable to secular authority, then you cannot in all seriousness call yourself religious. The sooner people start acting more in accordance with their religious teaching and less in secular ideas, the better off we will all be.

We still have to pay for those sins in the flesh. We have to repent of those sins to Jesus, and be born again by way of accepting Jesus as our personal Savior. We have to give up our old sinful ways and turn our lives over to Jesus, and live the way He tells us to.

No man or woman is freed from their actions and punnishments of those actions because Jesus died for our sins. Jesus died so He paved the way for us to get to Heaven through Him. What Jesus did on the cross was not for earthy benefit, but heavenly benefit. Without being born again, there is not heavenly benefit given anyone.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

You are forgiven when you ask for forgiveness from the Father...however there are consequences for your actions both here and in Heaven...yes in Heaven also. You might be forgiven but you not might get all the rewards that God had planned for you because of your choices here on earth.

Major problem in today's society...no consequences for our actions...but that is an entire other q & a

He paid the price, he didn't take away the natural consequence. If you jump head first off the empire state building, there's a pretty good chance you're gonna die wether Jesus saved you from your sins or not!

Jesus's payment is worth approximately the same as a Monopoly "Get Out of Jail Free" card.

Stef...

Sometimes there are double consequences for our actions. Like fines are doubled for speeding in work zones. Same principle.

Jesus will forgive your sins...however, if what you did was also a criminal act, then you will have to face a judge and perhaps jury.

It's called consequences. Jesus forgives the sins but you still have to live with the consequences of your actions.

yes, the forgiveness of sins only really works in Heaven. But it is still a good thing. Otherwise you would have an extremely low chance of getting into heaven(I think there were two before Jesus died).
