Either as an individual or as a couple, or with friends... if your walking.. do you give any thought to people coming other direction.. and how they get past you on the pavement ?

I ask because increasingly, on pavements and shopping aisles.. it seems people pay no thought to others and expect them to move out of way.. making them turn sideways or stepping on to the road. Individuals, couples and groups of friends.

Personally i will adjust my body so don't bash in to the person... but occasionally, when person is entirely showing no walking consideration, I'm so tempted to stand equally inconsiderately to ensure a barge.

So are you condiderate or incosiderate walker ? Should inconsiderate walkers need to take an examination (license) on how to walk in public ?

was in a grocery store and some tickle freak kept teasing me...i think this person was "special" so I didn't want to hurt his feelings...unfortunately th customer in front of me couldn't find their debit card,...etc...I was humiliated and kinda angry....nobody would rescue me from this guy, and i couldn't make a quick exit...i am not the type to cause a scene...well, maybe sometimes...i won't be going back to that store anytime soon!

Theres this person that only talks to you when she needs something.

If she needs money, food, or other things she talks to me and then ignores me. Sometimes I tell her I don't have those things, and then goes ask another person. But just ignores me, but I don't care. I just want her to leave me alone. If she feels she is alone she needs to be with me but when she found another person she just leaves you without saying anything. She does not share and is very greedy. People don't like her that much.

Interrupts my conversation. At first she was all over my friend all friendly and would ignore me. I would talk to my friend and she would interrupt me. Now she ignores my friend as well, only talks to her when she feels like it, and I told my friend about it. She is aware of it. What can I do?

When I go to get my hair cut the girl that washes my hair starts massaging my back in a way that I feel that a happy ending would be the next logical step, however, this is in a public place and she's not chinese, she's hispanic. So what exactly is the proper etiquette in this situation?

What do you tell someone if they keep criticizing everything you bring up in a conversation?

I knew someone would not talk without criticizing every thing that is mentioned, be it an artist, the health system, police, you get the idea ...

You cannot talk about fitness because "meatheads are stupid", every TV show has something wrong, no celeb can be mentioned. He will find the wrong in everything.

I am not kidding.

Holding a conversation with this person is HIGHLY AGGRAVATING.

I have decided that I tend to stay away from answers that offend me but sometimes I answer them just to get my frustration out but then I realize that I am contributing to the disgusting filthy questions that I hate. The only way to make em go away is to ignore them all and if everyone else does. Are you with me and you can be honest. Just curious. Sometimes banning together is the only way. After that last "child" incident I cant handle this anymore and i am still in shock and I am mad at myself for even answering it in the first place.

I don't feel that obesity is a disease for MOST people. If it were than why has America become more obese in the last 15 years? Where were these people 40 years ago, before fast food and cable tv? If you know that you have a slower metabolism, and you eat poorly, who is to blame for the weight?

Are we making victims out of too many people? We know that McDonald's is bad for you, just as we know that cigarettes cause cancer, so who is really a victim?

Once I went to an interview for CG artist position....I showed them my reel that consists mostly of my student works. The interviewer doesn't like my work said that my works is very weak, he doesn't like my work, and:

"well, actually I think it's not your fault. It's the school's fault. They only graduates you because you paid them big amount of money, so every year there's more and more incompetent designers coming out. And you actually spend so much money to go to college too."
Simply put, thats' the worst experience in all the interviews I've had.
But can you really snap back at the interviewer and tell him off right there and then?
I was really angry at the time, but managed to restrained myself from kicking his butt, and answer their question through a stiff lips.
Never the less, after all the insult, the person still have the guts to ask me whether I have any CG artist(s) friend I could recommend to work for them. I told them : NONE
What's to do actually?

Our neighbors aren't close friends, but we're on speaking terms and they called on us many times to help with their aging mother.

Other than saying I'm sorry and telling her what a great daughter she had been to her mother and telling her to let us know if she needs anything, all I can think of is a card and flowers. Is that enough? I don't think that there will be a funeral to attend.

There's this guy at my gym, he's actuaaly a trainer there, and my problem, is the fact that I don't know if he's flirting with me or not.For instance, around christmas, he came up to me and asked me how my holidays and I told him it was okay, then he asked me, who did I spend it with. And then there was another occasion where he came up to me and told me I looked sad, and wanted to see me smile, and as I was leaving asked me when will I be back.I'm thinking , well maybe he's just being friendly, but he's always telling me to text message him for trainer sessions, and i told him several times, I'm a broke *** college student, and I cannot afford them, but then he's still asking me to told me to call him on his cell phone for a free session, and he told me not to worry about it...and so i told him I would let him know but he will text me, and tell me that he wants to hook me up, and money is no problem, so I booked the free session, but my question is why is he being so pushy

Almost two years ago I paid an artist for a piece of artwork I wanted done. This was to be a gift for my husband for that Christmas, then that passed. And then it was to be for Valentine's day, that passed. Our anniversary. That passed.

You get the picture.

I emailed the artist five months ago, she responded that she was really busy and was aware that it was waiting for her to start. I do know she is busy, when I commissioned her I figured it would be about 8 months to get the finished work.

We are looking on two years now, with still no timeline for the work. I keep an eye on her website where she posts other pieces of artwork (far too much fan art for someone who has been paid for a commission).

Two years ago I paid over $170 to her for this work and have seen nothing in the way of progress. I would really like to get this artwork, but the delay has gotten me mad.

How would you handle it? Ask for a refund? Ask for a timeline? ...know any good artists you can refer?

That's what people go by, yet if I do it it's wrong.

Everyone thinks and feels that they are the best thing in the world, yet if I do it it's wrong.

I'm smarter then everyone, and they ask why do you think you're smarter than everyone? Duh, you just asked something that I can answer!
