Is it just me or are there people out there that read all the answers, then pick the best bits to create one good super answer to seem extra intelligent? How wrong is that?

mattzcoz - There are many people who provide well thought out answers but the poachers are distinct. Many don't even change the wording. It's like they cut and paste the best parts of each answer. I saw one that had five points - all in the same wording as five seperate answers! I appreciate the well thought out answer and those are obvious, as is the dreaded poacher!

P.S. Nick, what's a noob? I hear my students use it and I'm assuming it is an insult. Someone thought it was a form of newbie? Your answer (or anyones) would be greatly appreciated!

Oh dear Kello, it's just a question of curiosity to see if anyone else has noticed it. Crybaby - hi pot, meet kettle? Seriously, relax!

I personally do not like it. I will mention other's responses and summarise at times. Then I add a bit more.
That way all get credit, and on several occasions have had the asker or sometimes voters choose my answer the best.
It is a matter of honesty all the way round.

What's sad is that I never read anyone else's answers - I just answer the question if I am interested in it. However - now maybe I will start checking it out to see if what you say is true. HUMMMMMMM. If I asked a question and got the same answer back over and over, i.e. answer poachers - I would be really disappointed.

"answer poachers"? "super answer"? Priceless...
Wow, I hadn't noticed that.
Some people actually take the time to form an intelligent, responsive, and complete answer. Meanwhile other people may have furnished partial answers, or even good answers. By the time one person has finished their answer, a bunch of people have completed theirs. How do you know someone is a poacher
I dont like them either.

You mean like that? I HATE THAT!

i like solutions outfitted on the spectacular scientific / proved history, yet additionally crowned up with own adventure. case in point, they are saying the newborn ought to sleep on her returned, ft to foot and that i'm making plans to head her from the Moses basket into the cot, yet don't comprehend a thank you to hide her (the blankets i've got have been given, even the great ones, are too small to attain below the mattress). could like that folk who answer are properly conscious concerning to the SIDS / cot deaths history yet supply functional suggestion. Copying and pasting is extremely stressful, yet so is giving the incorrect suggestion just to "pay attention oneself speaking". To summarise, i like the customized suggestion with a scientific base. Expressing ones emotions is likewise great. Makes people experience they don't seem to be on my own in experiencing smth and that they are in a position to liaise w people, albeit unknown ones. something like "I even have been via this, it will be quickly over etc." is easily fantastic, whether it would not furnish any extra cost in terms of information.

This is rich! LAMO. This is Yahoo!Answers sweetie. Everyone is entitled to their two points. Stop whining. So, you've never been guilty of this? The dog that barks the loudest is the dog that got hit when the brick was thrown over the fence. BOOOOOWWWOWWWW. Sorry, but I just have little patience for crybabies sometimes. Tonight must be one of those nights because I am usually more considerate than this. Sorry. sorta.

Never noticed it before but I guess if someone is poaching my answers I might be flattered by it. Since I never noticed it they probably aren't which makes my answers suck I gather, boo hoo, woah is me, lol.

To tell you the truth I've never noticed it because I don't take the time to read all the answers myself to a certain question that interests me. I'll watch for it though. Thanks.
