I usually try to get out of there as fast as I can. People are free to do what they want, I just don't understand how effective a political message can be on the inside of a putrid bathroom stall. I certainly don't take the time to hang out and read it.

my rides usually cost in the $8-12 range. i used to tip 4-5 bucks, but people have been telling me recently they don't tip at all; now i'm confused. cabs are so expensive and i can hardly afford to take them (have to avoid drinking and driving), let alone tip a lot.

I have old gym clothes, t-shirts from high school, boxes and boxes of old broken toys and things that aren't good for anything but my own memories. They are taking up a lot of space, so I want to throw them away today with the bulk pickup but should I?

It was in ROTC, one of the upperclassmen reprimanded me for not holding my bearing, which is fine, but I ended up quitting pledging b/c I have too much going on. Well, I'm still in ROTC, and everytime when I see him, I've noted that he stares at me, could he like me? just by the way he glances over where am at I can tell that he is thinking something about me but not sure, and he seems like one of those guys who doesn't take crap form no body, and seems driven. Anywho, what do you guys think?

Just had a talk with my mom who buys more than Santa for Christmas. I have two living children,3 and 4,and I want them to have great chrsitmas but I dopnt want them to get soooo much for various reasons. She's always overspent on Christmas and birthdays and put my dad in serious debt over it. When I asked her to keep it at 4 gifts each kid,she cried. As if Im going to jip them and theyll have coal in their stockings. Whats her problem. Their other grandma only buys one, maybe two inexpensive gift so she dosent need to worry aboput being "showed up". When I asked her to get me nothing or if she must I said a keepsake involving my infant who died. She said "Oh, but thats not enough". To me its EVERYTHING! I dont want cashmeire,id rather have a shirt with his feet printed on it.

When it comes to normal bodily functions, there is definite prejudice. When a young lady on the train tried out that well known psycho-social response of yawning to start everybody doing it, people smiled and said things like, "You've got me at it, too!"

So why when I cocked my leg and let go with a thunderous, trumpeting fart and shouted, "Come on, you all know the tune!" did nobody join in? I did my best to encourage people with a bit of theatrical wafting, but everybody treated me like a social pariah.
