Yup. On the bus ride home after a long day. I was hot and uncomfortable, so I discreetly took them off.
It was the eighties.

In a public restroom, yes, if I had bad runs, etc., but never directly in public. In this case, when possible, if I feel that pantyhose are needed I will try to take a break and run to the store to purchase another pair (I have purchased pantyhose and then put them on in a grocery store restroom stall before). If I feel that I could really go as well without as with ruined pantyhose, then I will simply go without. I don't really wear pantyhose that often, anyway.

Yes, I have taken my pantyhose off in a department store in the ladies shoe section one time. A guy dared me to take my pantyhose off in front of some other women and I pulled my pantyhose off and tossed them on the floor and a lot of guys really got turned on by this...then when I left I left my pantyhose on the floor and some lucky guy scooped up his new found treasure, I'll bet when he got to the first mens room he could find he shot a hot load of sperm all over my sexy scented pantyhose.

I wear mostly stockings, and when I was tending bar right after college, I worked in a classy bar where everybody wore black hosiery, and I used to change a runned stocking in seconds.when it wasn't to busy. Great for tips!

Yes, they're terribly uncomfortable. So now I don't wear them anymore.
