I usually try to get out of there as fast as I can. People are free to do what they want, I just don't understand how effective a political message can be on the inside of a putrid bathroom stall. I certainly don't take the time to hang out and read it.

I guess it's the one area where most people will take notice. There's not exactly a whole lot to look at while you're in there. People are more likely to read these messages in bathroom stalls than voluntarily pick up a flyer with the exact same message.

i guess its a form of expression. Aside from the fact thats its vandalism, i think theres nothing wrong with it. I my high school there is writing all over the bathroom walls, some of it childish like, Kelly's a Hoe or what ever, but in some other places like the rest stops there are some really interesting messages.

Yeah i try to get outa there too but sometimes i find myself reading these long messages about world peace in the middle east or what ever.

but yeah ppl like to express themselves and sometimes they find writing on a bathroom wall an effective medium. While i would never express myself on the wall of a restroom....yeah, i guess ppl need to...

peace and love- chai

Lol. Interesting question. I've always wondered what would lead a person to whip out a pen & write a journal entry on bathroom stalls too. Seems like such an inopportune time. But hey....i guess some people dont like to $hit & run!!

Didn't you ever have a relative that headed for the bathroom with a newspaper tucked under his arm? Well, the people YOU are reffering to don't have a paper to read, so they write on the walls to pass the time until they're done.

Most people don't have any respect for anything or anyone. Imagine how disrespectful they might me to us if they don't have respect for public property.
