I agree that A, B, and D are incorrect answers... I would assume though that the personnel would be entitled to take leftovers home should the party host reject taking any food (as they have paid for it) and if there are any leftovers to take.

Coming back to add - I agree with what some have said - that D is okay if it's totally away from the party while on break in a break area.

B - Forbidden!
C - If the paying party okayed it, then yes. Otherwise a big NO
D - If it is their break and in a specified area, otherwise, NO

i say no to A...to me that's like stealing
i say no to B...they are getting paid to do a job
i say no to C...that is like stealing
i say yes to D....if they are allowed a break on the job, then they should be able to use the time as they wish
