Why can't people just say "happy holidays." I don't ******* get it; christmas is not the only holiday. Seriously, it's so ridiculous how these selfish people only say "merry christmas" only referring to their religious holiday, rather than including them all in a simple "happy holidays." **** that. Why can't people just understand that christmas is not the only thing going on at this time. I'm not saying that it is necessarily offending, but coming from my religion-less point of view, it seems that these arrogant bitches can't understand that their holiday is not the only one. This isn't really a question; I'm just hoping that someone here will realize that this is the right thing to do.

Has anyone had experience working in assisted living? did you like it.. yes/ no...and why?
I have worked in restaurants for years and understand that culture. Now i have been offered a job as the food & beverage director at an assisted living community that has 85 residents. 20% of which have alzheimers. i'm not concerned about the job description - i know how to run kitchens, staff, and service. My issue is going to the relatively unkown of the "old folks" culture.
given my 10 years in coorporate upscale fast paced restaurants... will i survive in loony land?

The doctor said, "Joe, the good news is I can cure your headaches. The bad news is that it will require castration. You have a very rare condition, which causes your testicles to press on your spine and the pressure creates one hell of a headache. The only way to relieve the pressure is to remove the testicles."
Joe was shocked and depressed. He wondered if he had anything to live for. He had no choice but to go under the knife.
When he left the hospital, he was without a headache for the first time in 20 years, but he felt like he was missing an important part of himself. As he walked down the street, he realized that he felt like a different person. He could make a new beginning and live a new life.
He saw a men's clothing store and thought, "That's what I need... a new suit."
He entered the shop and told the salesman, "I'd like a new suit."
The elderly tailor eyed him briefly and said, "Let's see... size 44 long."
Joe laughed, "That's right, how did you know?"
"Been in the business 60 years!" the tailor said.
Joe tried on the suit, it fit perfectly. As Joe admired himself in the mirror,
the salesman asked, "How about a new shirt?"
Joe thought for a moment and then said, "Sure."
The salesman eyed Joe and said, "Let's see, 34 sleeves and 16-1/2 neck."
Joe was surprised, "That's right, how did you know?

Joe walked comfortably around the shop, and the salesman asked, "How about some new underwear?"
Joe thought for a moment and said, "Sure."

Joe laughed, "Ah ha! I got you. I've worn a size 34 since I was 18 years old."
The salesman shook his head, "You can't wear a size 34. A size 34 would press your testicles up against the base of your spine and give you one hell of a headache."

If they don't have free will, then how could Satan turn against God unless God made him to? Then how could this be evil?
If they have free will and Satan was the first sinner, why did he deliver Satan to Earth to temp Eve when all God made was good and innocent?
Why would God cast evil onto the Earth if God loved the Earth so much?
He had to of known what was to happen.
And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
Eve did not sin before she was tempted by Satan.

John 3: 13 states ,No man has gone to heaven but jesus, Proverbs 21; 2 states, every man's way is right in his own eyes, but the lord weights the heart. why have you promised me heaven or hell when jesus claims he is the only one there and if i'm judge by my sins why does he say that he weights the heart. I dont understand "Free Will" in the bible. We have free will on earth so that is why we are not perfect. So when you die and go to heaven you become perfect.....so does that mean you lose you free will when you join God??? That is strange, I dont understand. Can someone shed light on this?
