Feriae felices = happy holidays

That's a literal translation as a noun - The happy holidays. The actual words depend on how you use the term.

in theory it should be "felices vacationes" but actually i've never seen a version of a latin author wishing to someone happy holidays, so i cannot tell you if it's correct or not. it's only the literal traduction

nobody really says happy holidays, but you could say feliz navidad y ano nuevo. which is merry christmas and new year.
