How do you handle the call?
Do you realize that hanging up on them only causes them to want to call you back again?
Is it hard to be polite to someone that is just doing their job?

We have "stupid" people here, people screaming at others for being "stupid", and then people talking about the people who are screaming at the "stupid" people...

My question is - should we even be mad at people that we perceive to be "stupid"?

I think everyone's beliefs, decisions and judgments are based on what they know and what they've experienced. Maybe we should be more constructive, or informative rather than calling people names...? What do you think?

". . .For YOU know this first, that in the last days there will come ridiculers with their ridicule, proceeding according to their own desires 4 and saying: “Where is this promised presence of his? Why, from the day our forefathers fell asleep [in death], all things are continuing exactly as from creation’s beginning.”

---IS It because:

1) They ignore the true proclaimig of the "last days" ; "time of the end"? Matthew 24:14;2 Tim.:3-1-5; Dan. 12:1-4)

2) They love this sick and corrupt system "world"?(1 John 2:15-17)

3) They do not believe the flood happened earthwide ?(2 Peter 3:5-7;Matthew 24:36-39)

4) They do not believe in Christs promised special "presence" ("parousia")prior to his bringing on Armageddon(Matthew 24:3, 7,8,14; Rev. 12:7-10,12)?

5) OR-- All the above & short summation as why it all comes together?

--NO PRIZES, just some sober thinking as to how deep we are in the time of the end!

Thank you....

How do you become "saved", exactly? What does it mean for you in the afterlife vs. someone who isn't "saved". Do you believe that once you are saved, you are always saved?

Please be as descriptive as you can, I'm just having a hard time wrapping my head around this.

9 out of 10 giraffe pairings occur between males.
75% of sexual activity between female Bonobos is homosexual.
Of 3168 sexual encounters, 37% were same sex acts between Seahorses.
A quarter of black swan families are parented by homosexual pairings.
1 in 5 Mallard pairs consist of male-male homosexuals.

Yet studies of human homosexuality claim the number's near 10 percent. Doesn't that seem a little low, in comparison to animals? (Aside for social and religious pressures, the actual number of gay people, including those in the closet.)

I'm a firm believer is heaven, although I don't care for, or practice any type of religion. I do however think, that when a person dies...they either go to heaven or hell. Now, if you think like that, do you think once you get to either place, you're able to find out the true answers to all those questions that have baffled people for decades(i.e. What really happened to Jimmy Hoffa, who killed Kennedy, who really was Buster from Chicago?) I think about those all the time, not to crime figures or events, but overall unanswered questions.....anyone else?

...person that is now gay. I just wana know if it's true, because there is this guy I like, but he's EXTREMELY homophobic. And I know people always talk about homophobes as insecure gay guys, but I've never known one.

To me it seems Jesus Christ could have incarnated into the person of Prophet Mohammed to appease the descendants of Ishmael knowing fully well that their off springs could possibly not agree nor see eye to eye with the Jews and Christians.

1) How come when they crucified him, he didn't even defend himself and set himself free and ward them all off? I heard Jesus had God's power, and that would've meant he could've taken down all those men who put that crown of thorns on his head.

2) Why didn't he free himself from the big nails banged into his hands and feet? If Jesus was all-powerful, then he could've easily freed himself from that torment, he could've taken that crown of thorns off his head, and made all the bleeding stop and the suffering go away.

3) Before he died on the cross, why did he say to God
"Why have you forsaken me!?" If he was all-powerful, then he wouldn't have felt the need to ask that.

BTW, I worry that Heaven might not have the exact same things and experiences that I can have and experience right here and now on Earth. Better enjoy life now while I still can!

Hi I am 19 years old, in college. Should I get Christmas presents for my
friends in High School? I only see them about once a month, or less, and
talk to them maybe 2 times a week. They did not give me any birthday
presents or cards two months ago, but they pester me for birthday presents.
My mom suggested only to give presents to someone who gave me a Christmas
present. But only 2 of my friends gave me Christmas and birthday presents
last year. And before they gave me none. We do live in the same town, so
giving them presents would not be a problem. I really care about my
friends, and I want to at least give them cards.
