atheists believe in anything that is logically explained with no superstition involved. you can say they only believe in things that they find to be true. believing in God requires one to have faith, but atheists can only believe in things that they can percieve through the senses.

Atheists do no longer shop on with a series of ideals. What one Atheist believes does not advise that yet another Atheist thinks an identical way. the sole venture Atheists might desire to agree on is they don't have self assurance in a deity.

They're a top secret organization. No one has ever even admitted to being an athiest. Only the Christians seem to know they exist.

Athiests deny God. Athiests don't have any kind of faith in a supreme power that created all things. They think they just "are" or "exist" without explaination. Athiests claim to be devoid of belief in anything really.

Your question raises a good critique of the word "atheist" in that it states what you don't believe in, not what you believe in.
I think most atheists, myself included, ascribe to some other world view, such as secular humanist or pantheist or rationalist or something like that which actually make a claim about what you "believe" in.

What you can see, touch, taste, smell, hear, etc etc and feel..
Unfortunately you cannot do this to God - meaning it is only an imaginery God.
What people say they feel God's presence - is merely their own spirit, and presence - and they confuse this with being 'God' because if there is nothing there, that leaves your own spirit, being present. From then on, the imagination takes over - aided by all the conditioning, brainwashing and propaganda that religions ram down our throats, etc.

Atheists believe a whole manner of different things. For example, I believe that if I am faithful to my wife she will be faithful to me in return. I believe that it is essential for fidelity to be important for our marriage to last and I believe that if my wife and I try our best we will raise a lovely daughter.
