why do people often assume that because a person is religious, specifically christian, that they think that everyone is going to hell? why do they assume that the christian is closed minded? why do they automatically make the judgement that the person is hateful towards anyone who doesn't believe?

Thats what my friend calls it, (someone to keep track of your stuff for you)

Basically someone to follow you around picking up the stuff you forget and leave behind? Locating everything you have misplaced ? Picking up the stuff you drop as you go through the day and dont notice that you did? Like your gloves? your shopping list? etc? :-)

Nobody takes visions from modern, educated people seriously, so what's the deal? Charles Manson was just as believable as Moses, and didn't cause the murders of nearly as many people, so why aren't they seen as equal?

I am a 16 year old girl. i am not a lesbian not in a little bit of way.I do not find men attactive i do not see what woman see in them. I hear woman talking about men like they are so good looking and stuff. And i just don't get it i do not see what they see.

I know when i was younger boys and my stepdad and his freinds used to call me ugly. And i am ugly. I do not know if that is some reason why i do not find men attracive or not.

Do you have the same problem as me?

How would you like to live in a country that chose a national religion that was not your own, and you were forced to attend those churches or not get any of the benefits of citizenship. Would this become intolerable? Would you choose to leave rather than to comply?

Rather than: there is a power behind it that makes it what it is? An unobservable reality which is NOT one of the observed facts, but rather, that which makes them, and no mere observation of facts (the scientific method) can find it? Is it possible?

Just to mention a few, sikhism, islam, judaism, christianity, Greek mythology - all had/have their own gods. And that is only a few to mention. We already know that most, if not all, are false and made up. Even if we know that SOME are wrong, we learn one thing: Humans have a tendency to invent gods. Therefore, I ask: Why do you think yours is right?

How do you know Apollo is not the true God? Or that Hasem is not, or Nanak, etc, etc. Every person you argue with will tell you that their God is right, and they too have "evidence" for it. If you were to argue with a Greek person in 1900 BC about their gods they would have laughed at you if you said they were imaginary. People do delude themselves. And you are not deluded, of course. But then the Greeks didn't think they were delusional either.

So, what makes YOU right, and EVERYBODY else wrong?

My claim is very simple: They are all wrong.

Why do bitchy brothers and sisters fight after they all received equal inheritances? I mean if it was dispersed equally by Aunt Eula, why fight? Aunt Eula earned it, gave it away freely, so why?
