MY FRIEND HAS A PIC OF HIM AND HIS FAMILY AT ONE OF HIS RELITIVES FUNERAL AND LIKE IN THE BACKGROUND THERES AN IMAGE OF SOMETHING VERY BRIGHT AND BLURRY.

Most people don't see spirits during the day. But in sleep, one's spirit will often leave one's body and connect with spirits in the spiritual realm. That is why dreams, often seem so really real. People would be more likely to feel or see spirits, if their beliefs did not put them in a state of denial.

It may be an error with the camera. That is common. Still, I and many people I have know have seen ghosts. Some of the most down to earth folks I know, folks who technically are not suppose to believe in ghosts, have seen them. I know cops, clergy and the like who have been surprised to see a spirit. Some can be explained as a grief based hallucination, but not all.
I know a minister who spoke with his dead sister in the middle of the day, years after her death. He said they spoke and she asked him a favor. She looked like you or me, not transparent or glowy like on TV.
Another woman saw her friend's father on that friend's birthday. He was in his daughter's room. He had died of cancer the year before. He was wearing PJs she had never seen when he was living, but which he had died in.
Another friend rented space for a shop. She and her husband saw a ghost there on several occasions. So did other folks. She never bothered anyone, but other renters have complained of being frightened by her. They even got calls on their home phone when the shop was closed and no one was there. When they answered, there was no one on the other line, but the caller ID had the shop's number on it.
There are many more like that. While I cannot prove that ghosts exist, there are sure alot of credible people who have seen them.

Probably the sun reflecting on the camera lens or something.
There's always a rational explanation for those type of things.

That was a ghost...not a spirit. Now sleep well everyone and lock out the ghosts.
