What do you mean Bex I am old!!!! Well in relation to you anyway!!! I am not scared exactly of being older say in my 80s but I don't relish the thought particularly when I see my mother in law and my step mum who both are 80+. Health detiorates, can't walk far, everything seems a struggle yet they remain fiercly independent and won't accept help. I think as long as I am active, with all my faculties, at that age I won't mind so much but anything else - just shoot me!!!! Incidentally Bex your dad is not old at 70 - how very dare you!!!! xx

I think now that I have reached 30, I am more relaxed about "becoming old" than I have been at any time since before I turned 25. I suppose in a sense, it is still quite a way off for me....and now that I realise that, I feel happier about it. But I suppose the thing I was the most scared of was reaching 30 without feeling I had achieved enough in life....which is something a little different.
In short, I hope my best years are still ahead of me....and I need to start making the most of them!

I don't want to get old but I don't mind getting older. Some people arct old and yet they are still young in years. They have no hope, no joy in life and in general seem to have given up on life.I figure every year I get older,I'm alive and have been given the opportunity to live another day.I love to get with my grandkids , who make me feel younger than my years. We walk together, run, read ,do crafts, kick balls, paint etc.Grandchildren remind us of how important we are to the family and we get to share our time and love with them. Unfortunately society makes some people fearful that getting older is to be avoided at all cost. I hope to age like a fine wine.

My mum died at age sixty 4 and he or she exchange into as captivating as ever so i'm no longer apprehensive of getting previous coz Im 37 and look 25. i exchange into apprehensive of death till mum died and that i know she is okay and that i would be. i've got faith death is the organic state and a human physique is a detention center. actuality is once you die you wont remember existence as you dont remember the place you have been till now this existence you reside now. it particularly is inevitable so relax and luxuriate on your existence, fall in love, leap out of a airplane, positioned on diamonds coz once you die you would be ok, merely such as you at the instant are. Have some faith interior the universe and God.

No,I'm not-its just the natural progression of life. The only concerns would be that there will be the need for more maintenance then before and injuries wont heal as fast.

I'm super scared, I'dl rather die young or around 50-60, I just turn 26 last week, and I already see wrinkles...
If I could I'll do what Dorian Gray did...
