Weave and wigs are a huge turn off.

I like the versatility that weaves and wigs afford a person. I have naturally long hair but I love to change my look from time to time so rather than go through a permanent change I cheat....

I wonder why people care so much? I mean do you hate toupees too?

Personally, I do not need a wig or a weave having been blessed with a complete head of hair. However, for those who were not. I find that extensions, weaves, and wigs are simply an accessory such as makeup... Not only black women are wearing wigs, weaves or extensions. If they like it I love it... God bless****

I wear my real hair. However,I don't mind weaves and wigs..as long as if they are clean and professional looking.

I just hate it wen people go over the top...for example there's this one girl a my school who has lime green and navy braids in here hair. It's stuff like THAT that give some weaves a bad image :/

People shouldn't worry about what others were on there head. Who really cares what dudes think anyways. They wont even pull there pants up Ima add this in like all the other ladies that need to let you know. Yes I have my own hair and I love my hair but sometimes people like to try something shorter or longer. Like duh! N Z Wayz what about the people who are battling cancer and such. Sounds like some real hater ration going on up in here. Find yourself before you find the time to hate on things that might make others feel better. Yall know yall just mad that fake hair is givin real hair a run for its money. Long haired people no longer have that edge, now swallow it. Bout to take my pretty biracial hair having self to the shop and get something slick sewed in. Why? cause I can Damn weave Nozi.

I'm black girl but i'm answering you anyway. I hate weaves! They are pointless. If you come to school one day with your hair shorter than your shoulders then come the next with hair down to your butt that's stupid! Everybody knows it's a fake! I don't see the point in fake hair. It also looks really ugly and stuff.

~Black girl that never has worn a weave and doesn't plan on it!

Doesn't bother me. In fact, I think it's an innovative form of self-expression. If I had the funds, I'd have wigs like you wouldn't believe, in all lengths and colors, just to change my hairstyle from day to day. That'd save money on hair color and other stuff I use to have fun with my hair.

Naturally,my hair's thick, stick-straight, and brown-black (I'm half Eastern Cherokee.) Ever since I donated it to Locks of Love, I've had it short and love it! It's red-blonde right now ;)

Well i think that they are just not happy with their hair. Usually they are under pressure to look a certain way. As long as it's human hair, matches good and looks natural we good.

but thank god for my long and pretty hair because most of my family members hair isn't like mines and a lott wear weaves. I even go to the store and buy them for my aunt. Usually i have to go to the store and get 10 inch yaki bulk color #2. Usually cost $23.99

I've got mine both ways too... but our husband prefers it short... he never ever complains when I grow it very long, but is always all over him self w/the complements when I cut that off
