I know where the 'flaws' are in the Christian religious system. I want to unify the denominations of Christianity in this country (USA) and world wide. Example; the scriptural old testament is the law of Moses; not Genesis-Malachi. How do I get others to see that (the sooner the better in my present opinion)?

why does everyone say that they are reporting me when they answer a serious question i have, if it has something to do with sex?

it doesnt really make any sense.

i have questions that really need answers, and this is the only place i can think to get them without having to go to someone in person and talk about it

thats just too hard for me to do

When I was growing up, I wasn't exactly raised in a very religious household. That's not to say that my mother didn't believe in God, but she was never very religious and she always taught me to be tolerant of all religious views. However, when I was about 10 or so, I started going to church with a neighbor who was a fundamentalist Christian. She tried to indoctrinate me with her own religious views, because apparently she thought that my mother wasn't religious enough and that my soul would be doomed if she didn't step in and "save" me. She basically taught me that God was a loving, yet VERY PUNITIVE father, and that anyone who didn't worship him was damned to hell. I read a little about religions other than Christianity when I was a child, and I remember being about 11 or 12 and thinking about the fact that there were members of some other religions who thought I was going to hell just for being a Christian, and I began to wonder if they were right. Not only that, but I knew that

There's a potluck in a couple hours for everyone living in San Diego that's going to the same college in LA. None of my friends can really go...and it's really awkward meeting new people for me, especially when I'm alone. I know I should probably go though, to practice my social skills lol. I don't know...should I go even though I'll be a total loner?

Countless times daily on R&S we see functionally illiterate atheists pronouncing holders of PHDs, many in scientific disciplines, to be stupid, gullible and illogical.

Countless times daily we also see sophomoric level atheists with a slightly better grasp of the written word line up to ally themselves with their spiritual kinfolk who made the initial pronouncements.

My question: Is it necessary to be educationally challenged to understand RS style atheism?

Assume we all have children…

I do not want to hear how you FEEL about this question…
I want an answer from the subject and victims.

Thanks!

you know when an under-age person asks a question about sexuality, sex and other stuff are you weary to answer it. i try to skip the questions. i'm not ageist or anything but i only like to answer those sort of questions to adults because i feel that it's appropriate. this is my opinion anyway but do you do this too?

With the great multiplicity of religions, what makes you so sure that your religion is the correct one? Do you think that all the other religions are incorrect?

I think this means that God has been in all religions of the world, giving them the laws of the prophets as in the O.T.

Heb 1:7 And of the angels he saith,
Who maketh his angels spirits,
and his ministers a flame of fire

melchizedek was a King/Priest of and to peace and righteousness..

God in the N.T. opened the door to all the Gentiles...

Acts 10:34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said,
Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
35 But in every nation he that feareth him,
and worketh righteousness,
is accepted with him.

Jesus is high priest not to the Leviticus but to the cursed tribe of Canaan, this is to show all religions or no religions in the world..

That the people that worship truth worship the most high
God.

The people that do good to others and things,
and are right in their dealings with others..

These people serve the most High God.

In any religion or no religion of the world,,

DO YOU AGREE ??

1. What did Jesus's friends call him?

2. Who were his enemies? (if he had any)

3. Where did he live? (during his manhood)

These answers might not be in there, but if you know that they are, please give me a chapter and verse (if possible).

Evolutionists believe that our minds/brains have evolved to promote survival. Our beliefs and thoughts, therefore, are dedicated to preserving our genes. This may or may not have a relationship to reality...

For instance, natural selection does not care about the instinct or thought-process behind a cockroach running when you turn on a light, as long as that action takes place. (They may believe light causes blindness, etc)

Similarly, natural selection does not care if human senses and thoughts reflect the world accurately, as long as our actions lead us to survive.

So how can an evolutionist be certain that his/her knowledge is a reflection of reality?

I recall while I was in college, my professor was from outside the US and noted on how in America, how unconnected we are with each other. We stare straight ahead, afraid to even say hello to one another.

There was a time in America where people knew each other in the community. People knew and were friends with their neighbors. Why do you think in 2007 people have grown more distant from one another?

(Deuteronomy 22:28-29 NLT)

If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will never be allowed to divorce her.

What legal diclaimer or warning label would you post on Y!A R&S to warn the newcomers entering the website?

We have all see the classic: The Surgeon General has determined that...... is highly addictive......and can result in......so flee while you still can...etc. etc.

-or-

Warning: Such-and-such obvious behavior...will result in such-and-such obvious injury...and (fill in blank) entity will not be held responsible/liable...etc.

Mine would go something like this: Warning: Entering this website may expose you to someone with less life experience than you, less education and a lower I.Q. who will call you and your entire class of people stupid.

What would your warning or legal disclaimer look like?
