Mine is right for me. I hope yours is right for you.
I have no trouble believeing that my vision of the truth is incomplete. I'm Catholic, so I believe I have the fullness of Christian truth, but I if your religion tells you to love other people, then I recognize and cherish that as truth too.
Only very spiritually immature people and fundamentalists try to tell you that they have the complete picture of God. God is infinite, we are finite. By definition any idea we have about God will be incomplete.
Maybe if we could stop fighting about who is right long enough to piece all of our visions of the truth together, the small pieces might add up to one big picture of who God is. Then we might actually grow as brothers and sisters and all become more Godlike in our thoughts and behaviors.

If I think my religion is correct than it should follow the current science (facts not theories), right !
The Qur'an says in Surah Al Zumar, Ch. No. 39, Verse No. 5, it says…
(Arabic)…‘It is Allah who has created the heavens and the earth in true proportion and he overlaps and coils the night unto the day and overlaps or coils the day unto the night’.
The Arabic word used is, ‘Kawwara’ which means overlapping or coiling. How you coil a turban around the head - How you overlap a turban around the head. This phenomena of the night overlapping and coiling over the day is only possible if the shape of the earth is spherical. It is not possible if the shape of earth is flat - there will be a sudden change.
The Holy Qur'an further says in Surah Naziat, Ch. No. 79, Verse No. 30…. It says.
(Arabic)… ‘And thereafter, We have made the earth egg-shaped’.
The Arabic word ‘Dahaha’ comes from root word ‘Duhya’, meaning an Egg-shape and it does not refer to any normal Egg. It specifically refers to the Egg of an Ostrich - and today we know that the world is not completely round like a ball- It is Geo Spherical. It is slightly flattened from the top and bulging from the centre - It is Geo Spherical. And if you analyze the shape of the Egg of an Ostrich - it too is Geo Spherical, slightly flattened from the top and bulging from the centre. So the Holy Qur'an describes the exact ‘geo spherical earth’ 1400 years ago.
Previously we thought that the light of the Moon, is its own light. It is recently we discovered, that the light of the Moon is reflected light of the Sun.
The Qur'an says in Surah Furqan, Ch. No. 25, Verse No. 61…
‘Blessed is He who has created the constellations in the sky, and placed therein a lamp, and Moon having borrowed light’.
The Qur'an says in Surah Yunus, Ch. No. 10, Verse No. 5…
‘It is Allah who has created the Sun as a shining glory and the Moon having a reflection of light’.
see its clear now - Quran is the Book of Allah and Islam is the religion of God...other religions are man-made, check their scriptures. They r full of scientific errors, mathematical errors, contradictions and fabrications.

I think I would look at when that particular religion got started . For example : Do you think God would've let us go until say 1943 before revealing the truth ? Especially considering He sent His Son to wash away our sins over 2000 years ago ? -- Of course not . God sent His Son to die for our sins and it was THEN , during Jesus' life that the truth was revealed . I'm not guessing either , He told us so !!
EDIT ** - I must amend my answer . He told us a little over 2000 years ago . And that equates to Catholicism . But I will also be fair and point out that some things within the Catholic church and all churches for that matter , have changed throughout the years . Changed because of 'man' . Ahhh the folly of men thinking they know better than God .

Glad you asked this question. Try to understand that there are a lot of people out there who believe in God but dont have a formal religion. Ergo-I dont think any religion is the "right" or "correct" one. Dont you feel better now?

It's all about free will - we're allowed to choose what to believe. Those who get it right will be rewarded, and those why don't, won't.
What makes you think anyone has to be wrong though? Unless they don't believe at all...
If they practice their religion and they believe it whole heartedly, then who are we to say they're going to be punished? A good and loving God would see their attempts as worthy of recognition, even if they were unfortunate enough to live in a country where freedom of choice isn't as common as it is in the US.

In the kingdom of God, there will not be methodists, presbyterians, catholics, or pentecostals. There will only be the saints of God.
It is men that allow themselves to be deceived by satan. The reason for it is simple. They would rather believe his lies then the truth of God's Word.
The reason there are so many different beliefs is simple. It is the devils way of promoting confusion to draw men away from God. He hates mankind and his only purpose is to destroy him. If he can lead a man away from the truth of God's Word, he can possibly steal his soul.
There is only one true Word of God, yet in this world today, you can find a multitude of different translations and with each translation, you will have possibly five to ten different interpretations of that each bringing a doctrine that establishes another religion.
So if each translation produces five to ten different churches, does this not promote confusion? Absolutely.

In that they go against what the one true God has told us about Himself, yes.
God created each one of us a unique being, He presents himself to us on that basis, satisfying our personal needs for faith in Him. Therefore, we have different churches, denomination which meet the various needs of followers.
Scripture tells, that even the simplest of primitives will have knowledge of Him.
God has allowed us free choice with regard to our relationship with Him. It is not a difficult step, man and his rules have complicated faith for a majority of people.
I believe that within every religion there is a core reminet, that knows the truth.

Most people believe what they want to believe. If you say it is right to believe what you want to believe. Then why did God come from Heaven for? You make God a liar because God came so that world would know God through Jesus Christ. Another reason is because of the Kings James Version (KJV) bible that helps divide christens more http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylc=X3oDMTB1a2x0anY5BF9TAzIxMTU1MDA0NDMEc2VjA3BlZXBfZQRzbGsDcQ--?qid=20070914065354AAY8SHw .
Every one it’s his own world and thinks different from every one else and you take your self to interpret bible with Holy Spirit, as every one claims that, (how can you prove if devil interpreting for you). Then they will come with your own faith. Then they call new faith as they think it is fitting. Real God thinks different from us that's why he is a God if not he not a real God.but a God made up in you own thoughts. That Why God mad his own Church gave the authority the Apostles to teach and did not leave a bible only to fallow because he knows us, as Israel did in the desert in time Mouses interpret God father as golden calf. In the Catholic Church you have priest which their function as in old and new to keep the original faith. One things that changes is the way is the method faith is transmitted to believers. Some things are in common with all christans which has help different people that is good. Fullest of salvation is only fund in the Catholic church.

any Christian religion that is not based on following the bible as a life guide is incorrect. and i don't mean the old testament slavery and blood sacrifices...
i'm talking about Jesus's last words to us and how we are to move forward in the new generations.
if a church doesn't use the bible without their own spin, their own imagination, and taking stuff out of context, they're all right with me...

I don't have a religion.
I am a child of God through faith in Jesus Christ.
I was once not a member of the Family.
I am now a member of God's Family.
I have been born again, by the Holy Spirit.
I am a brother to every other member of the Family, who has also been born of God.
