is there proof that jesus really exsisted? did jesus right the bible himself? who remembers the exact words that he said? who was around to witness adam and eve? is the bible just a guildline that we should follow to do good deeds for ourselfs and one another? these are some questions that come to mind when i hear ppl talk about jesus.

Six years ago, the world changed. I just want to remeber that for a while because, despite my fast held views on organised religion(s) I find myself looking to a higher power for some kind of spiritual comfort. I happen to have had an epiphany....

It isnt true unless you are an evolutionist or you beleive that the world started in Africa. I think that the first humans were middle eastern. The first humans being "black" does not prove anything. Unless you believe in macroevolution.... therefore you would think that black humans are less evolved. (That is just a way to justify racism by the way, people not a compliment! And promote evolution)
What's your opinion? No rude answers please lets be mature.

My lil child brought up Christmas decoration yesterday. I said gurl, its still September watchu talkin bout Christmas decoration. Well she said so she could hurry Santa Claus along to bring her presents this year. Am I the only crazy one decorating for Christmas and it aint even Halloween yet?

we're reading it for language arts and it asks if the book of ruth teaches an effective lesson agsinst prejudice and why or why not. personally, i didnt find any prejudice in the book at all..but there obviously is some or else the question wouldnt be asked. so what do you think? does it teach an effective lesson against prejudice?

I am looking for a great way to memorialize and honor my grandmother, who is sick with lung cancer and was given just a few months left by the doctors. She is a wonderful and fiery little lady!

When my aunt passed away of liver disease a few years ago, my way of honoring her was to plant a tree by the Anacostia River (very polluted area) which simultaneously cleansed the river and nourished a beautiful tree. This was my grandmother's (the same one) daughter and she loved the idea -- she even got a plaque and a photo of the tree with her late daughter's name and dates. I'm thinking of doing something similar, but I don't want to do the same thing twice -- plus, I want to honor Grams in a different way.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! And something that I can do while she's still alive to show her how much she means to me would also be appreciated.
