Yes
There are also some that you can convert to but you will always be a outsider. The Mennonites and Amish tend to be that way. In the Mormon church there is a difference within the church between converts and what is called "Pioneer Stalk" those who are born into it into the sixth, seventh and eighth generations of the original pioneers, I am sixth generation of Prominent Pioneers. Freemasonry you have to be born into it, there are several.

Most religion will take converts, though the process varies from sect to sect. Christians and Muslim take who ever they can get without too much of a hassle. Judism, cuz of the OTHER god definitions like in Deuteronmy 13, the process is ALOT longer.
In judism, an OTHER god is one that you personally have not known or one that was UNKNOWN to your fathers. Basically, the SPIRIT is supposed to be EVERYWHERE so why ya have to look somewhere else to find IT.
Many of the pagani traditions will also take pretty much everyone, but again depends on the tradition. Like with the wicca tradition, a person can even dedicate themselves to their own god forms, so it ALL up to the individual.
There are some pagani traditions though that are purely by BIRTH ONLY, but these are usually small, estoic sects.

As far as I know you can convert to all of the major religions. Look at Judaism, more than 90 percent of the religion are converts. Islam, Budhism and Christianity consists of nothing but converts.

Know this: there is no religion that you have been born into that you cannot convert out of. That is law. The only ones that can abuse that law are parents. But the decision isyours....respect it and honour it.

It's my understanding that Hindus do not believe in conversion. You must be born into it or you're not a Hindu. I was told this by a Hindu.
