There is this sexy, quiet, and cool guy at my school. He's really popular with the girls and a lot of guys at my school are nice to him or hate him. He's a professional model, has a nice car, and comes from a lot of money. His mom used to model and is now a trophy wife while his dad is a business man. I fell in love with him the first time that I saw him which was 3 years ago. I've seen many good looking guys but this guy is truly beautiful. Yesterday he actually came up to me and asked for one of my ribbons that held up my pigtails. I gave it to him and he wrapped it around his wrist, bent over to my ear, and whispered " I'd like to have sex with you." OMG what am I supposed to do? I'm a good girl which also means I'm still a virgin. My parents are really strict I'm not allowed to date until I'm 18 and I'm 17. Every girl at my school wants to be with him so why did he pick me a shy, quiet, good girl? I'm not ugly or anything it's just that I'm so innocent. Should I let him be my 1st?

i need a bible story that is about appreciating each others differences, but i cant think of one.
also, if u know a story about talking with other people so u can learn more about them that would be ok. i just need one of the two...and if u have one for both that would be awsome.

all help is greatly appriciated :)

This has really been bothering me! Cain killed Abel in the bible. God gives a mark to Cain and told him that anyone who kills Cain will receive a punishment sevenfold! Does that mean, if god takes away Cain's life naturally, that gold will receive the punishment, or is god excluded from this punishment? Thanks for answering!

Tell me what you know of Cain and Abel's story, leading up to Abel's death and afterward. Thanks!

ok, here's the question, please respond how you think, not how your religion thinks, or anyone pressures you to think:

ok, first off, according to the bible, god sent adam and eve to live in the garden of eden, a paradise, with a temptation, and even though he created free will, and bestowed it upon them, the temptation was too great, they gave in, and somehow, because of that one mistake, god has decided it right to damn us to this hellish earth, ridden with death, corruption and poverty. you call that all knowing and forgiving? damning the entire human race, simply because of one mistake, and then 'claiming' that he will forgive us for our sins, while he tempts us to sin. then, if we've lived a full life, sinned our hearts out, not asked for forgiveness, we get to go to hell, a place where we're ripped apart by demons, experience the pain of death, for eternity. if we live a full life, free from sin, we go to heaven, where we worship his greatness for all eternity... huh?

why do i say this

because if god is all powerful then he is a monster because he has the power to stop evil but choses not to do so

on the other hand if god is all merciful that means he wants to stop evil but cant do it because he is not powerful. That makes god a kind person

i would chose a god who has no power at all but who is kind rather than chose a all powerful god who is wicked

what will you chose?

I have a good life and am quite content. I have a bright future and I am blessed. Does anyone else feel this way (elaborate a bit if you wish)?

We are invited with family to a 1st birthday party. The host is a collegue from work, but my family and I don't know him very well. But got to go. It is at an upscale restaurant, but no entertainment planned for the kids. More like lots of their family from around the country gathering plus some other guests invited too.

My 9 yr does not know any of the kids, and they are likely to be mostly under 5, or boys. Would it be ok if she reads a book for part of the time? I mean at times other than eating, little bit of introduction to others, cake cutting? I so don't want to see a looong face or visual "I am bored" signals sent my way the whole time? Its weird, but the hosts would feel bad if we just didn't take her...or only stopped by for a short while, so those options are ruled out.

Is it because god wont let them touch women? Don't you see how christianity drives people who are likely good people to do bad things such as rape?

God, who can create or destroy entire galaxies with no effort at all, has to get Noah to build an ark, have millions of animals from all over the planet go to this ship, flood the entire planet, drain the water and then redistribute the animals again.

What is the point?

Why not just say "Let their be death", and be done with it.
