Yes,
When a person commits himself to following the Lord, it does not mean that every thing will be easy for him in the future. Even good people who have a deep trust in the Lord can find themselves losing confidence when circumstances are tough, becoming anxious about the future or the past, or struggling with negative attitudes or evil thoughts.
The Bible has a great deal to say about the spiritual trials that we have to face, and we can find there the way to come through those struggles a stronger and better person.
We have these trials or temptations because spiritual growth is gradual. Just as it takes many years to become physically mature, it also takes many years to become spiritually mature. Love for the Lord and love for one's neighbor are not static qualities; they grow stronger and more perfect over the course of one's lifetime. In the mean time, our old, evil thoughts and self-centered habits still have an influence upon us. The result is a conflict between the "old man" and the "new man" (Ephesians 4:22-24), a struggle between the "flesh" and the "spirit." "The flesh lusts against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things you wish." (Galatians 5:17)

Yes. We do not believe we are perfect. I'm sure you've seen those shirts, 'Under Construction'. Well, if you haven't~ they refer to the fact the we are never fully finished. There are always things we need to work on, because we are human, we are sinners. We are born with original sin, and because we have free will, and evil is always easier than doing good, there will always be that temptation to sin, and being human, even the best of us stumble and fall. Knowing this about His creation (people), Jesus told Paul and the other apostles that whomever they forgive will be as Jesus forgiving them~ this is why we go to confession, we sin, we need our sin to be absolved, so we go to confession. It does not keep us from sinning again, but as part of our penitence we are supposed to avoid the occasion of sin. We try~but as I said before, we are sinners.

yes, the difference is that they hear the conviction of the Holy Spirit. A Christian might go out and get wasted but the difference between them and a nonbeliever is that they wake up, feel convicted and receive forgiveness.

As the others have said, Yes, a Christian does sin. However, they usually ask for forgivness and repent of their sin when they realize what they are doing. Repenting is more than saying "sorry" it's about really feeling and making an effort to never do that sin again. Of course, sometimes, it's nearly impossible to do that. So, it all comes down to what the Bible says.
And that is that as Christians, Christ makes us perfect before the Throne of God. That means that we will never make ourselves perfect on our own, we need Christ to make us perfect. And when we accept that He makes us perfect, than we are considered sinless in the eyes of God. We are made perfect.

Yes, no one is perfected, we live in the flesh
If we walk in the spirit we can live above sin
We should not sin, and remove it from us and we can
You can live in a state of being that there is no sin
This is a deep subject
If we sin we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ
He is just and faithful to forgive
Intentional sin is forbidden, I am speaking of unknown sins

Jesus said "You are forgiven of your sins. Go and sin no more"
The expectation is that we sin no more. Well, no one is perfect. But, our goal should be perfection! So yes, christians sometimes sin. But what they do not do is live a lifestyle of sin. We make mistakes. But they are isolated mistakes. We would never call ourselves a christian, and then go drinking and getting drunk every weekend. That's just an example.

Every day. At least I do.
It bothers me to no end and I work hard to correct anything that comes to my attention. There is just so many layers to it. The closer we get to Christ the more sin is magnified in our lives. If Jesus had not payed the fine for my sins I would be doomed. Praise Jesus!

Most do.
All Christians are recovering sinners. Most of us fall off the wagon from time to time.
Christianity was not really created for perfect people.
With love in Christ.
