NO!! Read about the visit of the Magi Matthew 2:1 starts the story. Verse 9 explains where they saw Jesus at.
9 ¶ When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
11 And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.
12 And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way.
Jesus was a young child and in a House.
This was a good question. Pick up your Bible and read it. Don't believe what men has said the Bible says.

The magi did not visit Jesus in the manger. That seems to be a misconception created somewhere along the line. Fortunately, the Word of God can keep us on the right track. It says that the magi "came into the house".

No. It would've taken the Magi quite a while to see Jesus, and he was probably about 2 years old at the time.

There is a good chance Jesus was around two years old then but it is hard to tell exactly

No. The principal events are thrown together for the sake of artistic license. And that is the best one can say for it.
