You've probably experienced this- walking along the streets of New York or Singapore or London...you spot a fellow Indian and try to make eye contact and 9 times out of 10 they will either look away or pretend you dont exist. You never see an Indian standing in line for something, strike up a conversation with a fellow countryman who could be ahead or behind them.
Is it insecurity or just downright rude behaviour?

Muslims got their restaurants, there are many restaurants with christian names, but I just haven't seen an atheist's restaurant. What would a good name for one be?

What did you gain from the experience?

I have read the entire Bible twice in my life. The scope of the readings helped me to see the diversity as well as the cultural context of the various Biblical writers as they confronted religious issues during their era.

The readings in the New Testament gave me a deeper appreciation of the life and teachings of Jesus. The temptations of Christ, his miracles on behalf of others, parables and the last scenes of his life are particularly inspiring.

I have a deep appreciation for the life of Christ. Indeed he is our Savior. He is our hope . He is the desire of ages.

God creates light and separates light from darkness, and day from night, on the first day. Yet he didn't make the light producing objects (the sun and the stars) until the fourth day (1:14-19). And how could there be "the evening and the morning" on the first day if there was no sun to mark them?

Let me explain the spiritual aspects of evolution

since we have evolved from apes and will die and become dust , now that should give us all a deep sense of spiritual comfort so that to realise that we belong to each other and need to care and love eachother

science has developed and it has been a great help to humans. for example medical science has invented drugs that could cure people and increased the nature of paliative care for dying people

while this tiny space is not enough to make my point clear all what i can say is if you look deep into science and education its actually a wonderful spiritual movement , if embraced with honesty, joy and compassion can explain the unknown and can be used as an alternative to religion which proves no logic

what are your comments/
