daily....and it is still not in me enough. We are to hide God's Word in our hearts so that we will not sin against Him.
(thank you for your encouragement last night...I got tears in my eyes when I read your note....it helped.)

Its still so amazing to me how very much the Bible is to us. I praise the Lord that its readily available to us. We truly must treasure the Word of God.
Brother I find that if the Lord can regulate us to study the word then so much of the Words of life can be added to us. In the Lord's mercy He has arraneged that where I meet we all study the same book of the bible and same topic in the bible together. We grow together with the Growth of God...
Each week we have an alloted portion and gradually we have been covering the whole bible from Genesis to Revelation. So when we meet on sundays we each have a portion to contribute to the building up of one another in the Body...holding to the principle in the Book of Corinthians where" each one has" something to give. Even a little goes a long way:)
Its called the " life study of the Bible" and its available to any who wish to study the Word and be constituted with the riches and solid truths there.
Its best I have found to study a book at a time. It also helps to study based on a topic, where you can appreciate how all the books of the bible work together to solidify and reveal a particular divine revelation in the Word. Recently I was able to study the matter of the " Body of Christ" and its been such a blessing in every way.
Reading of the word daily is definately an amazing way to be nourished to grow in the Divine Life of a Christian, but when we study the word we are able to be so very useful to the Lord to edify, build up, supply, teach, instruct as a worker who rightly divides the word of truth.
The word that is studied has a way of really sanctifying us inwardly and consituting the solid truth into us..and we do not loose the Good deposit... we are not easily swayed and deceived by waves and different teaching.
May we each give ourselves to study the Word and be such a blessing to the Body of Christ.
Yours in Christ

I'm in His Word daily. I have a weekly Bible Study in my home as well. I have an on-line Bible Study group in Yahoo. I love the Word. Our next study is starting August 16th and is on Revelation, by Kay Arthur. I'm psyched! katiefish <><

Read it. It sucked. Waste of time. Life is too short to bother with BS like that which is found in the bible. If you actually take the time to study it, your messed up in the head.

Always, even when I am not reading it. Right now I am concentrating on "The Revelation of Jesus Christ". This is an important book in today's world as Tribulation has begun. There is no Rapture, this was a misunderstanding. I wish to welcome you to the re-creation of the earth.

I normally don't read it on my own time. But when I go to church we use the Bible and he reads out of it and teaches us things. Its harder to read it by yourself not knowing what itsn't talking about. So for me it's better when I do it at church so I know what I'm reading and understand it.
