I often hear catholics holler 'protestants, protestants!', ok- so what was Paul? There was no catholicism at the time (just regular paganism)- so are you telling me he wasn't of Christ?

Do you see how ridiculous this sounds now?

No religions necessary, no titles, no man-made structures- just faith in Jesus and His word to be a christian.

(like i said no offence to any of them what so ever)
Why do athiests believe in science and some sort of proof? I mean why do they beleive in something that could change over night with an experiment or something that could change just because of the added technology? Why do they believe something with virtualy no stability(something like us saying today that milk is healthy but tomrrow we could say that everything we eat can give us cancer in an instant), instead of beleiving something that doesnt really change but stays constant(of corse i mean religion)

Since Jesus said he would found his church "with this rock" referring to his apostle Peter, and that church became the Catholic church, where does that leave other faiths, such as the Mormons and Assemblie of God, etc. etc,?

C'mon. You might not believe in the God of the Bible, but you believe there is some kind of Supreme Power. You are just pissed because of things that have happened to you or people you care about, or you don't like the way things are being handled.

Here is a passage in Proverbs that says there are four wonderful things, and one of those is "the way of a man with a maid". (Proverbs 30:19)

I myself am a man, well-dressed and debonair or whatever, and I wanted a way with a maid in a hotel, in a nice way, and I got in trouble, and I quoted them the scripture verse, and they didn't even want to hear it. They acted like they had never heard of the Bible before.

Question: Why are some people like that?

People that believe in God constantly say God is love.
Seems to me it would be more appropriate to say love is God. That's how I feel. Love is my god. And if God exists, and is love, then I am doing God justice.

Does this fit in with your own beliefs? Why or why not?

Won't it be great when there is a president of the world, someday. It's very possible. Look at how well our states get along with one another compared to small countries waring each other without end. If there was a president he could step in and ban the peoples' behavior, admonish them, and could levy a stiff penalty for being inpenatent to the President of the World. This would bring about order and peoples would be from different states instead of different countries. There would be a universal language throughout the world empire. There will still be political parties, more Congress, etc. but the philosophy of democracy will be central to their order. As long as we can spreed freedom without relent the resistance is futile. They are economically, militarily, and technologically inferior. The law of survival of the fittest demands we take advantage of them.

I am a born and raised Christian...but as I've gotten older, I've come to notice that a lot of the most religious Christians are some of the most judgmental people...even though the Bible says "Thou Shall Not Judge."

The Bible also says, "Love Thy Neighbor"...but a lot of these people don't like people simply b/c they're different from them.

Can anyone explain this? I don't want to lose my faith!

Christianity says that to get to Heaven that you must have Jesus as your saviour. How would God not allow some of his people to go to Heaven, if they never heard who Jesus was, or never got the chance to learn about him and have the oppurtunity to decide wheather or not they wanted to follow him?
