The Greeks or Indians would consider him an Atheist for rejecting the true God/s, so doesn't it follow that the Christian is just an Atheist in the eyes of others.

Professor Hans Kung said these words...People kill & are killedbecause they cling too tightly to their own beliefs & ideologies. When we believe that ours is the only faith that contains truth, violence & suffering will surely be the result do you agree on these words???

Whether you believe all this will end soon or not, if it doesn't how do you think it will be like in the year 3000.

Do you think religion will still be here, if so do you think they'll be anything like todays?

Are spiritual bodies a mirror-like image of our physical bodies?

Afterall, does not the Bible say that we will recognize loved ones in heaven?

Your view?

Evolutionary theories are all guesswork, hypotheses, opinions, conjectures and totally unproven. (FACT#1)

Evolution cannot be trusted. (FACT#2)

The Earth cannot be proven to be 4.5billion years. Nobody in the entire world can validate such erroneous data. Radiometric dating is subject to much criticism. Contamination and decomposition of material leads to gross errors in the testing arena. (FACT#3)

All of the above requires a strong religious faith to accept false theories based on false logic. (FACT#4)

Evolution and Creation is based on faith. Neither can be proven. Only embraced on ones faith.

Have faith dear friends in God.

Isaiah 45:18 (FACTS---#5)
"For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord, and there is none else".

My grandmother started one in the 1940's but she apparently puts all the profit back into the church considering she depends on social security so much now. I'm sure the church would help her if she needed it though.

Is owning a church a good way to make money?

A couple had sex before marriage, but didn't tell the bishop and was sealed in the temple anyways.

If they decided to tell their current bishop a couple of years into the marriage, and they have callings and are very active... what would happen?

Would they be disfellowshipped? Or excommunicated? What would the consequences be?

I'm Mormon, just fyi, but I'm just curious, as I've recently been learning reasons for why people get dis'd and ex'd

in modern times, who has ever done anything bad. By bad I do not mean that they deny your God. By bad I mean they break the law or hurt other people. They keep saying we are immoral yet I have yet to hear of anyone physically hurting someone else in the name of atheism. I have yet to hear of a news report of some famous atheist getting in lots of legal trouble. Now we all know about Stalin and Polpot and those guys. I don't want people from the past. Only modern people.

Besides my religion and all to do with it, I admire my mother. She has done a lot, and has taught me a lot. She is a faithful Christian, goes to church every single Sunday, and acts like a real Christian in that she does not force her faith on me or preach to me. She taught me that people are people no matter what religion, race, or country they belong to. She taught me that if somebody is not coming after you, there is no point in going after them. She taught me to live and let live. I am who I am today because of her and because of my faith. I thank God for this wonderful woman who has dealt with so much and still raised my brother, sister, and I. Who do you admire the most and why? Does your relgiion have anything to do with it or not? My religion teaches me to respect and honor my mother above everything (that is islamic) and to do what I can to make her life easier as an adult. My religion says that mothers are the highest of humans, and heaven is under her feet. You?

Do you think this forum is making people even more lazy?

Few examples

1.) Kids asking for people to do their homework for them (not always directly)

2.) People asking for a business phone number or directions (Mapquest, yellow pages. Hint, hint)

3.) Simple search questions(Yahoo, Google, etc..)

Please feel free to add your own examples.
