well the story goes that they will be let in on it ... and when they all have been the end will be upon us ... i think overall in the past several hundred years which is a drop in the bucket of human history, that people and communications have spread out across the globe ...

Who wants to hear about Jesus , Why do missionaries continually go recruiting around the world telling the people their religion is no good and that they should convert to Christianity.
I have seen them in Thailand and Vietnam as well as many other asian countries trying to convert the Budhists into Christians.
Leave them alone! Their religions are a lot more peaceful than yours !
If you are really genuinely good people help the people who need help without trying change peoples beliefs!

People in different areas believe different things depending on their environment and life experiences. Remote tribes have their own religions that, by the way, are just as plausible as any others. They don't need missionaries, how would you like it if some people you know nothing about showed up to your home town and told you everything you ever knew and thought was wrong and that this is the correct way?

Here's another angle for that question; If a missionary saves the soul of a person in the third world by preaching about God, does that mean that the 'God of Love and Light' wasn't going to allow that persons soul into Heaven without the help of the missionary? Makes you think, doesn't it? By the way, I asked my neighbour about this and she couldn't come up with an answer that didn't make her cringe, as she's a very devout christian.

Well in some cases He has revealed Himself and they have responded.

God has ways of working that you know nothing about.

Why do you think that He has to tell you everything?

Your responsibility is to repond to Him yourself.

Then such questions would become academic.

For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth he devise means, that his banished be not expelled from him.

But there are, and always have been missionaries to all peoples. Whether you believe it or not, it is so. Even in the book of Acts, it says the Gospel was preached around the world.

Nice try, though.

Well, I suppose if there was some all-powerful being capable of being simultaneously present at all points on the globe, such a being could notify them.

But since they don't know, obviously no such thing has occurred.

The Heavens should lift the ban on the "No child left behind by God act" so the world can all be in on this great hoax called Church.

I say leave them alone, Christianity already has a lot to answer for when it comes to missionaries....
What gives Christian missionaries the right to poison the minds of innocent tribes with their version of events?...
Blessed Be... )O(
